I may have implied that your argument is politically motivated.
Compared to the rest of the Trump administration, Fauci did a decent job, and the Covid response would have been worse with a crony in his place - which is why Agenda 2025 exists to make sure that everyone in government fails in line with the Führer.

He's already said he won't be picking the best people for the job. He's only going for the ones who are totally loyal to him. There won't be any moderating influences in his next administration. In fact, they have already released the radical plan he is going to implement.

Fauci is a scientist. I would have expected you to respect that. The first major, global pandemic in a century was not going to be something we would be able to respond to with a well oiled machine. We dealt with it the best we could.

What respect do you think being a "scientist" affords one, and why do you expect me in particular to proffer such respect? Particularly on matters where the science doesn't back Fauci up? Because there was no science behind the social distancing rules or the lockdown or the ever-changing mask advice. They were ass pulls. There was no science behind the denial of the lab leak hypothesis. That was a deliberate lie and a cover up.
