Wow, Elizabeth Warren's speech is lame. It is bad in so many ways, it's hard to describe all of them. First, there is the cognitive dissonance. She's reinforcing Trump's claim that the system is rigged, a system that Hillary has been benefiting from and perpetuating for over 25 years. Second, she can't make the case for Hillary because she can't argue (and certainly doesn't believe) that Hillary will be more effective than Obama has been. Third, it is just a bad, boring, low energy speech. She sounds like a psychotherapist.

If Hillary wins, they'll change their tune to "Why didn't Obama pick a SCOTUS Justice already?!"

Everyone expects the GOP Senate to quickly move to approve Garland if Hillary is elected, especially if they lose the Senate out of the fear that Hillary would nominate a much more liberal justice.
