Not just foreign visitors. They are at the border, so you as citizen have no rights yet. Anyone's phone may be grabbed. You could be a security risk. Hold in room for hours if necessary. But as it is their job, they go through thousands of people, they need to have some reason to think you might be a Dmocrat. Dress like a businessman and you won't be pulled out. Bring a large family, same thing. The lone hippie or guy with a lot of piercings might be suspicious enough. If you have tattoos, make it look like you are gun nut. Those are not a security risk.

EVERYONE is a potential Democrat terrorist spy Islam-loving leftie-commie-socialist to ICE.

It will either be chaos because they can't do the job properly and ◊◊◊◊ it up right royally, or it will make no change because TSA will still have to do the whole job while ICE stand around in conspicuous groups doing sweet FA while trying to look tough with guns and masks.

And keep in mind that while ICE agents are standing around doing nothing, they are still getting paid, whereas the the TSA agents who are doing the work are getting nothing.

But look at the bright side... at least with ICE agents stuck at airports, there will be fewer of them running around and shooting people in the back on the streets.

If I didn't know the mentality of Cruz, I would almost think that was a criticism leveled at the republican party and how far they have declined in the past few decades.

i.e. "We republicans used to stand up to abuse even by one of our own, now we go along with the corruption".
