Frank the founder seems to be a bit elusive.

When there is a question that Frank needs to be the one to answer it will be forwarded to him. When I do this I copy and paste the question then I copy and paste the answer. The only thing the 'intermediary' does is relay the text .
 
On a more sober note, I draw your attention to paragraph 3 of the response to Lie#5 I’ve studied/read One Heaven (and Ucadia) is a Trap. It is dangerous and false.

So anyone challenging Ucadia suffers from severe mental illness, uncontrollable ego, hatred towards the world or an abundance of arrogant ignorance. What about the poor souls with mental illness sucked into this idea? I'm sure we can all point to FOTLer's who shall we say are a little flaky but throw in religion and you have a poisonous brew.

No, it's "a challenge and threat for anyone suffering severe mental illness, uncontrollable ego, hatred towards the world or an abundance of arrogant ignorance" because they might actually believe it.
 
Ralfy and twister have now been banned from Ickes and Ucadia respectively.
I started a thread on Ickes called " Change of sub-forum"
I asked the question "should this forum be renamed "religion on the land"
It was fun while it lasted :D

I am hanging up my freeman spurs, its all over now, they have finally given it up as a bad job.
Menard has run a mile and is hiding away trying to come up with something new to get back his audience from Ucadia.:D

His "withdraw your consent" theory is in tatters and he cannot now justify his own position anymore.
They are all now looking to Frank to hold their hands and change their diapers.

It has been fun and I will keep a look out for Menard surfacing on other sites peddling his "consent" garbage to any newbies and nip it in the bud. ;)

Please drop me a line if you see him anywhere.
 
i got a feeling menard will still be around. in between appearances by menard, the "contractors" can receive a beating as well. their position is not really fundamentally different from the "consenters".
 
I would sooner burst his bubble on sites where he is not protected, he frequents law forums on occasion and they just get confused with his nonsense, it will be good to give them the heads up.

So, in the example you use, "Sarah Palin", she might be able to trademark her name, because she's using it to market actual products - books, personal appearances, Shooting expeditions in the Alaskan Wilderness, whatever. You would only be able to do the same if you're using you name in some sort of similar capacity - and intend to keep on doing that.
