Childlike, you say we shouldn't believe everything at face-value.

Tell me, who is this "b" you keep referring to, and who are these people at "Moon of Alabama"? How do they know what they know?

And you still need to answer my previous question.

Do you think Paul Conroy is lying when he said he's been helped by rebels who have given their lives to ensure he gets out of harms' way?

So is it now your claim in someway edited your post - If so that is a pretty serious membership breach and I suggest you report me ASAP

What? Go back to your post #495 and check the link. It's not the link Pardalis posted, it's the link I posted..

But the article you linked to is based on this analysis, they say so themselves.

But within 24 hours, the blog Moon of Alabama had taken a hammer to the ambassador’s claims. A detailed examination of satellite imagery by the bloggers revealed numerous discrepancies in Washington’s allegations. Mainly, their investigations point to the fact that Ford’s satellite images were “of guns training within military barracks or well known training areas and not in active deployment.”

Moon of Alabama posts its own satellite images, graphics and diagrams to bolster its argument – and these are well worth a look.
And then you link to "Moon of Alabama" again here: http://www.internationalskeptics.com/forums/showpost.php?p=8078074&postcount=494

Who are they? What is their expertise?

The article contains a summary of MoA's research and their own research concerning the CNN report, showing shelling in "the wrong" neighborhood. Why did you link to the wrong article?

I didn't, I just showed you they specifically refer to the "Moon of Alabama" analysis.

Who are Moon of Alabama? Can you tell me?

And I asked a question previously for which you haven't given me an answer yet.

Oh, and how come the residents report of snipers preventing them from movement while the journalists report indiscriminate shelling? Was the Syrian Army shelling their own snipers or did the snipers belong to the "rebels" or what?

Is this what they taught you at Illuminati school?

Sharmine Narwani and MoA have no expertise in map alysis, and their analysis is laughable and amateurish.

Don't take everything at face-value Childlike.

The analysis of the CNN footage is crystal clear, Pardalis. Everybody, even disingenuous braindead morons, can back-check it.

I don't know is the only appropriate answer. And neither do you. They were most likely not literally hostages (in their own minds), but practically it's very possible that they were. The fog has to lift, as on the french journalist who was not murdered by regime, but by "rebel" forces and was most likely involved in intelligence activities surrounding the kidnapped Iranian scientists. You heard about this on CNN, didn't you?

I see you've decided to go down with the ship.

RT, I think i've posted one of Aisling Byrne's articles on Asia Times earlier:

And re: Al Qaeda here's one especially for Pardalis (it will answer all your questions :D):

CE, did the journalists - who were actually in the place - that said the Syrian regime was shelling and shooting civilians lie?

CE why do you believe that press outlets run by governments that assassinate journalists are reliable? Do you think Pravda was reliable? Do you think the Völkischer Beobachter was reliable?

None of the above. I don't support Assad at all, I support International Law and the Syrian people and do my part in preventing them from facing the hellish fate of the Libyans by providing an objective view (or the other side, if you will), which is lacking in the hysterical, ultra-corrupt and openly lying corporate media of "the West". Actually, taking the opportunity to show the cracks in the propaganda facade is an even more important personal motivator in of itself than anything about Syria.

On behalf of the Syrian people who have been forced to watch their relatives executed in front of them by the Assad death squads, thank you so much for "doing your part" for them.

What a blessing you are to the brutalized peoples of the world! If only you had been around during the holocaust.

Here's Conroy in Libya:

The guy two to the right of him is Abdel Hakim Belhaj.

[...] Belhaj (aka al-Hasidi) admittedly fought US and British troops in Afghanistan. He was even captured and imprisoned by the US before being returned to Libya where Qaddafi kept him imprisoned until he disingenuously recanted his methods. Upon release, he would immediately be armed and backed by NATO in overthrowing Qaddafi and plunging Libya into the state of lawless terror it now enjoys. Belhaj's organization, the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), is still listed by the US State Department and the British Home Office as an international terrorist organization. Not only did they kill US and British troops in Afghanistan, but they had operated in Iraq as well, this according to a West Point Combating Terrorism Center report.

Belhaj, like Conroy, would quickly pack his bags and head for Syria after NATO had finished its regime change operation in Libya, with British Petroleum, Total, Shell-funded Petroleum Institute representative Abdurrahim el-Keib installed as "Prime Minister." The Telegraph would report in November 2011 that Belhaj met with senior leaders of the "Free Syrian Army" on the Turkish-Syrian border. It was reported that Belhaj was pledging weapons and money (both of which he receives from NATO) as well as sending LIFG fighters to train and fight alongside Syrian militants. [...]
