This is indeed pure propaganda. "There are no targets in Baba Amr, the Free Syrian Army are there purely to bring in bread". We saw that in the videos they proudly uploaded to youtube.

Did the Free Syrian Army attack themselves with rockets?

How do you know the circumstances of their deaths?

I know a journalist died in a rocket attack when in Homs. A rocket attack against civilian areas occupied in some part by the Free Syrian Army but also by lots of civilians.

Did the Free Syrian Army attack these areas with rockets?

For those who understand French, here's a full report in the Figaro:

http://www.lefigaro.fr/mon-figaro/2...edith-bouvier-a-survecu-a-l-enfer-de-homs.php

Here the reporter says they were being shelled daily, by Russian-made Katyusha rocket launchers, and that they felt directly targeted.

They also seem to say that the Red Crescent were not trustworthy, that there was some evidence that hey had been infiltrated, and that nobody saw again people who were carried out by them.

Actually, you don't.

WTF?

When you say the photographer is reporting "pure propaganda" are you saying that nothing he says is true? Or are you saying it is true but serves an agenda that you oppose therefore it must be countered or dismissed? Or are you saying that he was never in Homs, isn't injured, has been given a fistful of cash to spout lies?

Explain what you mean.

What do you think happened to the journalists who were killed in Syria? Are they still alive? Were they killed by the rebels?

When you say, "How do you know?" is this because you have a healthy skeptical attitude or because you want to cover all discussion in murk and obfuscation and the "How do you know?" is just trying to get Assad off the hook?

I'd be interested in your responses which I am sure you will only be too happy to give.

I think I was clear. Again, Homs is a city of 800,000 people. Baba Amr is a neighborhood in the south-west. It was used by heavily armed foreign terrorist gangs as a basis for their attacks in other parts of the city. You can go up and watch the videos i've posted or check youtube which is full of them. War scenes. They terrorized the residents. Imagine that happening in "the West". Waco anyone? This guy claiming that the "Free Syrian Army" was only there to deliver bread is absolutely ridiculous. I don't know why he claims this, maybe it's Stockholm Syndrome - imagine the kind of journalism he was able to do, most likely hiding in a cellar. The other journalists were really killed there, as evidenced by their rescued bodies, but the exact circumstances are unknown at the moment. They sure were "embedded" with the wrong people. Be careful to not believe anything at face value.

The attempts by both US officials and corporate media at supporting the narrative of the Syrian army shelling civilians in Homs by presenting satellite images have backfired and it now seems likely that the armed insurgents have indeed access to heavy weaponry.

You posted this on the 17th of Feb indicating that it is rebels firing on the city. In last post you indicate the area of the city being shelled is controlled by the rebels.

So by following your logic it would seem the rebels are shooting at themselves. Tell me regardless of arguments about news sources or different opinions on this forum - how does this make sense at any conceivable level?

At this point we should just ignore Childlike.

Here's a documentary from Channel Four about the ordeal in Homs:

You're claiming that this photographer and the journalists who were killed were hostages of the Syrian rebels?

You have to learn the difference between Baba Amr and Homs. Where did I claim that the "rebels" shelled Baba Amr?

They were obviously at their hands.

Oh, and how come the residents report of snipers preventing them from movement while the journalists report indiscriminate shelling? Was the Syrian Army shelling their own snipers or did the snipers belong to the "rebels" or what?
