"This is deemed to be attempted murder"
Dean ain't got the authority to "deem" nothing!
"There is too much of this damned deeming." - Lord Mildew in Travers v. Travers, reported by Sir Alan Herbert in More Uncommon Law at p.80.

My two theories are 1) This is proof that /anyone/ can get work in the oil patch or 2) any car loan is affordable if you aren't planning to pay it (once or twice).A Hummer? How did Darren Clifford ever manage to get his hands on a Hummer?![]()

Also, if it's an original model he probably got it for a song. Those things are gas guzzlers and impossible to park.
I note that Clifford refers multiple times to his s. 32/s. 52 Charter argument in this latest update (as referenced here and here). The courts in BC have had the chance to consider this argument previously, including the exact citations to other Charter jurisprudence (Dell and Big M Drug Mart) that Clifford teaches and uses himself. This is the result, with juicy bits highlighted:
Clearly a corrupt judge. Somebody alert the UN.
Kudos to arayder for giving Dean his own thread, it looks like Menards thread can finally be allowed to disappear now, its the final nail in Menards coffin.
All I need now is a new avatar.
The WFS strategy for getting him out is priceless:
If I've understood the dogma correctly, Dyer's proper course of action is to make a claim, not against the judge, but against her bond being held by the Canadian government. And the law of Karma comes into play (see Karma Common Law of 1642, section titled "Ironic Justice" or in the original, "Thee gettest which thou deservest").
Dean and his crew have taken down the written portion of his 1/2/14 news update.
Is it possible the king of bad judgement realized he was tipping his hand?
Not the the hand was anything more than aces and eights. . .the dead man's hand!
Dean's also getting a bug up his behind about a cop who he says, in the long version of his audio, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0nbBVQ1_C1I&feature=c4-overview&list=UUxqjiqHIenA7st14duL19Sg verbally abused and manhandled him at his hearing.
Despite having described the alleged incident as shoving and threats to shut him up, Dean, the master of hyperbole, makes the matter out to be attempted murder and calls upon the Deanites to start an official compliant campaign against the officer.
Not having any idea if the incident happened, or unfolded as Dean claims, one has to note that here Dean once again plays the victim.
I suppose it is possible that after giving cop after cop loud, haunty lectures and calling them stupid Dean finally ran across an officer who didn't want any lip from the Mouthy Mouse.
It's the Cestui on the Que Tee law of 1666 which states that all court procedings (cestuis) are to be held in such privacy (Que Tee) that no one may publish them...
Agreed, Cliffords short life as a guru was because he was brave/daft enough to act on his teachings.
Menards longevity was due to the fact he was too clever/scared to do anything.
It shows Menard never really believed in anything he ever said at all.
It was only when Menard got desperate with his "dine and dash" that it really unravelled.
Old Bobby will have to either look towards getting a real job or think up another scam, my money is on the latter.
These folks (the US version, not the Canadian) seem just a short step away from being radicalized. I mean, from their point of view, the government (well, the courts at least) are rejecting valid arguments. How long before they decide they'll quit talking and start shooting instead?
Hey JB time for a Dean themed avatar I do believe

Would the hero/victim figure be so popular in our culture if it weren't for the bedrock of Christianity?
Jesus is the most Noble Martyr of all and maybe these FOTL gurus are unconsciously imitating the most respected role model they know.
