Every time he gets in front of a judge Dean tells him/her that he is not a Canadian citizen, that he doesn't consent to the authority of Canadian law and that the court has no jurisdiction over him.

So far Clifford is batting zero for life.

But, in fulfillment of the freemen wet dream Dean pretends his mere proclamation is law and that he's free as a bird.

Ya' have to wonder what would make somebody sell the next decade or so of their life for a little cackled praise from the freeman faithful.

After he gets parole most likely - in a year with really good behaviour, in two generally. If his behaviour inside is completely unacceptable, then after his full sentence.

Since Dean decided long ago to be the most non-compliant kid in school one wonders how he will deal with this jailing.

It has been 22 days since Robert Menard promised to turn Burnaby49 over to the RMCP and the courts for criminal prosecution. So far nothing has happen.

I have a picture in my mind of forlorn Dean sitting on a squeaky metal bunk, his head down shaking it slowly left to right

"But I told them I didn't consent".

"But I told them I wasn't a citizen".

"But I told them they had no jurisdiction".

"But I read my stuff on Youtube - are they barbarians"?
