First of all, what exactly do you mean by "won"? I ask this in all honesty. How do you win a debate? What's there to win?
It seems to me, every debate works the same way: Two people stand up and each one of them speaks. The other one refutes what the other said by saying "That's not true". End of the debate.
Now, if by "win" you mean "who seemed more confident", the answer is obviously Trump. But that's what you would expect from a bully who is actually convinced of the lies and outrageous things he says: Overconfidence.
If by "win" you mean "who said the least number of lies", I think it may be Clinton. At least, according to this
