I can't tell if they mean LGBTQ people or graduates from some nebulous LGBTQ studies they probably envision people going to at them there liberal woke big city universities.
 
I don't reckon as how this ad-mini-stration holds with all that fancy book larnin'.

Not to quibble (and only the best intentions here), it's an illustration, not a picture. It's close to photorealistic, and therefore easy to mistake for reality, but it's a drawing from the artist's imagination of something that doesn't exist.

Perhaps the Chinese will surprise the Americans by sending them over the south pole! Perhaps Mexico should become the 52nd state?
