As for acantha, it is also called chine, backbone and spondyle.
As for lumbar, it is a part of acantha, counterpart to waist.

"sometimes breathing problems",
Sometimes, that must be sometimes. Every hour? Breathing problem, maybe your chest is a little difficult to expand.
"healthy".
It is easily your Qi moves in your body. As a rational conclusion, you will not feel too pain when injured or say you are not afraid of pain.
"no chronic pain in my back"
No, not back, it is waist near lumbar, counterpart to waist on backbone.

I read up there that you have sensed i have a pain at acantha, which is chine or backbone.
Later you said you think its chronic and i know i have no chronic pain in my backbone, so there might be some misunderstanding.
And do i understand correctly that you sensed, that i have breathing problems several times a day?
And your explanation of healthy puzzles me a bit, because that could mean, that somebody on his deathbed, could still be healthy, as long as the Qi moves easily, no matter what disease causes him to die. That would mean i understood that term wrong.
So how is "healthy" related to "having no diseases" and "having no acute or chronical pain"?
