Very fast dustification? I don't see a conflict here between a DEW destroying the entire building and a DEW making the hole.

Let me get this straight, We have a DEW that was fired 4 times, twice to create holes. Twice to destroy the buildings. This DEW is capable of dustifing steel and creating an explosion. ( You still havn't told me what kind of explosive so I'll assume the DEW did it.) While this DEW is firing we are projecting a plane to cover up the DEW firing. The NWO messed up and forgot to project the plane parts after the projected plane crash. This DEW can also adjust shape, concentration and intensity to make a gash without completely dustifing the section of the building its pointed at.
