I am from kent, ohio. Born in virginia. Decedent of english and indian. I know I abuse the english language n spelling and grammer. (Sorry).

I wouldnt let them test me if it was two million at stake now. I will see this in court before a jury. It will probably be drawn out but thats ok. I have couple of reasons for seeing this go to trial.
One, I know that no amount of proof will sway the heads of this foundation. They dont want to part with their money, that is obviouse. It will be my best chance at a fair trial, regarless of the outcome.
Two, The publicity will reach alot of people and fail or win...people will look and at least know about it on a larger scale. (even if it makes me look even more stupid then you think I already do...it will be worth it) I seriously believe that even if I fail, in the end sooner or later someone somewhere will pick up where I left off and their outcome will be different (which will of course lead me to a new trial against the foundation and probably also allow me to balloon the dollar amount based on the defense of the foundation..because you can will believe they will try and discredit me, by whatever means they can. Soon or later....I will win...its all just a matter of time really.

Now lets say...that tomorrow...someone somewhere makes it world known what I have been talking about and proves it for me.

Well I was the first to reveal it here...so based on that I could come back and sue from that point of view.

I am not sure if I said that clear enough but I think you get the jest of it.

There are many angles that I can approach this from to win.

Its all just a matter of time really.

Could you give me a quote of that law, I´m not aquainted with it.
In any case, JREF is not required EVER to accept ANY application for ANY reason. If you found something totally provable that was sure to win and everyone accepted, they could quite easily refuse to test you without breaking any law.

I find your reference to this as a foundation hilarious. I mean, it´s a pretty small website, with a pretty small organization, with little publicity, little money (except for the relatively small about for a business sitting collecting interest), a relatively large forum and thats about it.
If JREF closed entirely today it wouldn´t make any sort of news except within circles interested in the paranormal.

Digital photos are used by millions around the world, yet you are the first to notice these demons hidden in them. How is this possible?

Well, it seems pretty clear that some people can see something in his pictures. So I think the real question here is why is LPD's explanation for what they are new and/or paranormal.

One assumes he would try with other compression algorithms and no compression at all. Well, ok, that's not what he'll do, but that's how to you would. Even at that I think it's missing the point, which is that it's "demons" vs. brain hardwiring as an explanation.

Large portions of the country have poor school systems, and even the best schools have poor students. I think it fairly clear that LPD did not do well in school, the possible reasons are left as an exercise for the reader.

I have also requested this (he did not respond to me). As far as I can tell he seems to think that it's some sort of patent situation where he is documenting a discovery so that he has prior art for a patent when more information is available. I'm not sure if this is legally valid as correct for patent law, but it's the only thing I can come up with that begins to explain his comments.

I suspect he doesn't have one, as his grasp of the law appears somewhat lacking. And no, he didn't answer this anywhere other than to assert he had an attorney (and apparently get confused or annoyed by a mispelling of "lawyer," which is rather ironic)

So here's my prediction (note Lyndale, this also doesn't qualify for the million): Lyndale will continue to rant without adding significant content for another couple weeks, he will then fade away, to reappear in months or years repeating his same unchanged mantra. No lawsuit will ever be filed, nothing will ever come of his claims, he will remain convinced that he will be vindicated at some unspecified later date by some unspecified breakthrough.

Feel free to prove me wrong, LPD.

I think you need to understand, LPD really doesn't believe he can win any of this in court. It is either another one of his indulgent fantasies, or he is just trying to vocalize and make a dent against this organization, which of course he never will with any of his claims.

As to why he is the only one in the world who sees demons in the pictures, I think it is because he thinks he is... "The One". I'm sure he believes he has been chosen to be the only one in the world to see these things, and to spread the word to those who will follow, so that they may see as well. So they may have their eyes opened to the truth and the light.

He will only reply to people who aggress him with compassion, angering some, and confusing others. Basically it's a certain form of passive-aggressiveness. He may not feel the same way inside as he appears when he replies.

I think the first one I made had some valid arguments and points that you should consider... that is unless you have closed your mind off to any other possibilities. Read my signature. "Don't determine what is impossible until you know all the possibilities." That still applies to you as well. You can't just determine that it is impossible that you are wrong, and that these demons do not exist, unless you understand all of the possibilities that go with it. I have, and everything points to simple JPEG anomalies, which are completely understandable. And like I said before... if you try to, you can find dozens of ANY object in those pictures, not just faces. Faces are just the first thing we recognize when we notice things in patterns. Simple human nature. Think about it.... If you will not respond to me here, maybe I'll just email you at your new email domain. This is more convenient though. Anyway, even though I understand human nature and psychology pretty well, you still confuse me.
