Did you even read the rules for the challenge? There has to be a test designed in which the results are SELF-EVIDENT that has to be agreed upon by both the tester and Randi. Nowhere does it say that the foundation is required to accept your request, especially if there is nothing to test that can even be self-evident. There is mountains of evidence that says that those faces you see only exist in your head. I do not see anything remotely resembling a face in your pictures. In order for you to pass a JREF test those so-called faces have to be obvious, like beyond resonable doubt obvious...Now if you could produce images like Claus Schreiber's...THEN there would be something that would be testable. You have NOTHING THAT'S TESTABLE, so thus there is no point in Randi testing you. If you tried to take it to court, it'll be dismissed without prejudice easily...or even worse you could be fined for bringing up a frivolous lawsuit.


Simply put, you are going to have to do better than these images to even qualify to be tested. If you really think you can do it then you have to work hard for it. Get a good job so you can afford real equipment and THEN see what happens...if you produce images similar to that on the Schreiber site mentioned before in this thread...then maybe there is something to test.


Anyways, I probably wasted too much time in this reply. I'm fairly new to these boards...been lurking for a little while...but seriously between this guy and Carlos is there ever anyone short of Yellow Bamboo that at least presents something that presents something that looks like it took a bit of effort into creating something convincing enough that could almost be worthy of testing? Cause I'm starting to get bored here...

Just a word of advice and a heads up for folks on this site who are encountering Lyndale for the first time.
No matter what evidence you provide, no matter how logical and rational you are, no matter how ludicrious you point out his silly beliefs as being, he will not budge in his way of thinking.
If you think you are the one that can open his woo woo eyes to the truth, you are WRONG.

He will never deter from his claims, and repels all logical arguments. He is one of the most close minded and stubborn persons you will ever encounter on this site. (or anywhere for that matter.)

So, if you are game for having some fun at the expense of a deluded woo woo, then feel free to have a go at good ole Lyndale. If you actually think you can make a difference in altering his belief process, you are sadly mistaken.
It's best just to walk away and never come back. That's what I intend to do.

I have other pictures and video, that surely will impress any jury.

Like I said...the biggest problem I see ....is the simplicity of it. That in itself is one of the things that the foundation dont like. To simple. ..not to forget that they just plain dont want to lose their money.


Lets just say...I am gathering and molding.

Ok, then why don't you post the pictures and video that will surely impress this jury. I mean, surely if you post this "impressive" video then Randi might have some interest. And you still don't answer how you can make a test that is self-evident. Where there is no question that you are capturing faces of the dead. You still can't give Randi something that is testable and Randi has complete legal right to deny your application. So really, you have convinced me that you are nothing but either:

A) A gimmick or a troll.
B) Need serious help.
C) Just a complete amateur.

But anyways, good luck with your lawsuit thing...when are you going to file it? I sure hope your legal skills are better than your photography skills or your HTML skills(boy was that Geocities page painful!). I look forward to your attempt to file a lawsuit...it would be pure comedy.

So, LPD my bud, my hand is poised over the check, and we don't have any excuse not to move. Unlike Randi, the courts have to accept our suit and can't "refuse to test" us. We now have the power, and responsibility, to make our case.

And LPD, I ask you not to reveal any further evidence to these nonbelievers. They may tell the THEM entities and our case may get screwed up. I don't care how convincing the next stuff is, don't give in even to the tiniest sinful side to your nature, which you've already told them about, and which worries your old bud Prolix, but only a little bit. I'm talking about that prideful urge to make your case too soon, for example thinking that it would keep your standing as a credible believer etc. No matter how good your proof is it won't give us any more credibility before these heathens, and we shouldn't care what the heathens think for now. It's what the jury will think that counts - and then the jref forum will suffer all the more.

When you have the ability to hand over one million, I'll consider it.
You are not the test. You are a step that I "step on" to get me a little further.

If you watch a video and on that video you see 'horses and men in hats, its fair to say..."hey there is something on this video".
Notice I didnt say Cowboys? Why? Because that would be an assumption. The "obviouse" is all I need to prove...not the brand labels on their shirts.

I don't have to prove what they are.

My goal is just to prove "they are". NO more and NO less.

The materials that I will provide (should I reach court), will contain 1. Numoruse 'pictures (clearer then the ones you've seen). 2. I will show/display/turn on/make ready/ ...."live"..... picture by picture moment and a constant live stream broadcast, that demonstrates what I say. 3. I will present recorded video of what I have found so far. 4. If allowed ( I will demonstrate live in the court room, what lurks in the shadows) 5. I will have unbiased witnesses. 6. ..and a few other little surprises also.

Suing Randi is pointless I've tried it before. He is too powerfull since Randi controls a large army of crab people who secretly have politcal influence. When I tried to sue randi he sent dozens of crab people after me but luckily I had boiling water around to take care of them so I escaped.
