now people are going around saying Obama said "“I launched the operation tonight which killed Osama Bin Laden,” which of course cannot be, because the media are reporting osama was killed last week and they needed the time to perform a DNA analysis.

I saw the speech but dont recall hearing Obama said the operation was carried out tonight. Can anyone confirm?

It happened yesterday in my neck of the woods. My uncle texted my mom as we were driving home in the car, and he said, "Obama's giving a speech. Bin Laden is dead." And instantly my dad was frothing about how Bin Laden was actually dead years ago, shortly after 9/11, and that he was a CIA operative from the beginning and that Obama is only reporting it now so that he can jump-start his 2012 campaign against Donald Trump (who is a "straw man" elected by the bankers who run both the Republican and Democratic parties).
