What was his motivation for not simply telling the cops that his attackers are white? Is it to avoid being hit with a fake hate crime just in case he gets caught? "Fake crime, yeah, but it's not a hate crime because I never mentioned race."
Another question about his motivation. Why does he tell the cop that the attackers were dressed in all black when the brothers are wearing light pants? It's only been an hour since he saw them. He knows that they aren't wearing all black. Why did he say that when instead he could have said, "they had light pants"?
Why give an intentionally false description when you are anticipating your attackers to have been caught on camera?
