Merged 9/11 No Plane/Energy Weapon discussion thread

The difference between words and material objects is a great difference. Words are hearsay. Material objects are physical evidence. I have my standards, and those favor physical evidence over hearsay.

Go here and find out what hearsay is. You obviously don't know what it means.

Yeah. Now bronze is stronger than steel.

Bronze age happened because it was easy to work bronze, it is softer and easier to work at lower temperatures than iron.

So the super duper foaming energy beam thingy can dustify and foam steel but struggles with a bit of bronze. Like it.

Suggest to mods.... Move to humor section.

I'll show you some of my stuff and see what you say about it, but I do not intend to waste my time proving anything to you. Take it or leave it.

I'm actually quite interested in seeing your stuff but frustratingly nothing interesting has been turning up in Google image results.

As I've told you many times, plane crashes can't do THAT to a steel framed building.

.

Okay.
Now all you have to do is produce evidence of other steel framed high rise buildings that have been hit by B757 and B767 aircraft....
Who's got the bowl of popcorn while we wait ...... ?

Also, another good thing about The Sphere is that it gives yet another measure of how tall the pile was at Ground Zero after the attacks. The Sphere is 25 feet tall. Compare it to the pile of damage in the surrounding area.

I don't see the point your trying to make from these pictures.

Iron oxide in the lungs is bad. It produces siderosis, which has symptoms similar to asbestosis.

Dear Tracy:Iron oxide: Common rust is a form of iron oxide. Iron oxides are widely used as inexpensive, durable pigments in paints, coatings and colored concretes.

That is all.

No. No, it isn't at all like that. A 179000 kg egg (made of calcium carbonate like regular eggshells) couldn't maintain itself under its own weight.

and similes can't maintain themselves when people take the similes too literally.

Ice is pretty fragile, and yet falling icicles have been known to injure and even kill people. Gently tapping the top of a person's head with a small hammer results in no damage to the head, but the same hammer applied with the same force to a death-dealing icicle breaks the icicle into a thousand fragments. How to you account for this seeming contradiction?

Talk about missing the point! And this from the person who just suggested swinging the WTC like a baseball bat. What irony.

The point, of course, is that your over-simplistic analogy of an egg against a brick wall is not a fair comparison. Yes, the aircraft is more fragile than the building and yes the aircraft was thoroughly destroyed by the impact while the tower was only damaged, but it's a matter of degree. The aircraft was not so thoroughly destroyed that many parts could not be recovered, recognised and identified. The tower was not so unscathed that it could withstand the further weakening of its steel structure caused by the resulting fires.

I know you claim otherwise, but you have absolutely no relevant technical knowledge to base that opinion on, you have routinely ignored relevant technical information when it's presented to you, and the result is that nobody takes your unsupported assertion remotely seriously.

The weapon wasn't utilized perfectly. Not all of the WTC was turned into foam. A good amount of steel was left over, and a few but not many other items that weren't steel were also left over. The Deutsche Bank got an accidental zap.

I don't understand this at all. Can you apply some physics here?

9/11 was like Hiroshima in that new technology was used. Only nobody told us about it. Can you imagine how long it would have taken to figure out what happened at Hiroshima, if the government hadn't told us what took place? I'm guessing many years.

That's another weak analogy, I'm afraid. For a kickoff, the evidence from Hiroshima (one bomber and a single, absolutely enormous explosion) would tell anyone who investigated that some new and exotic weapon was used. 9/11 by contrast is fully explained by hijackers crashing planes (even though you say it isn't - you're just wrong and you haven't a leg to stand on when it comes to the technicalities of why you believe it's so) so no exotic weapon is required to explain the events of 9/11.

Then there's the fact that the atomic bomb which, although its implementation was developed in great secrecy, was a weapon which had been considered in principle by scientists all over the world for many years. You'll be aware, no doubt, that Nazi Germany was also attempting to develop an atomic bomb. The secret was not that such a bomb might be built, the secret was how to build a functional bomb. In other words, the possibility of such a weapon was widely know in scientific circles, unlike your magic Beam of Foam, which even a decade after the event is not even a glimmer on the horizon.

There are SO DARN MANY wavelengths of electromagnetic energy that are completely invisible and unaffected by material objects, that I'm surprised you say this.

There are certainly a very wide range of frequencies in the electromagnetic spectrum. Most of which we cannot see, though we have the technological ability to detect a remarkable range of wavelengths in various ways. I think, however, that you may struggle to identify one which posseses the required properties: passing harmlessly through all material objects until it encounters a particular building whereupon it decides to set about disassembling steel. Sheer fantasy.

<snip>
You need to support the existence of this stuff, because without pretty strong evidence it is ridiculous to think it exists. And as far as I can tell, one porous rock that you found long after the event is not sufficient evidence.

Great post Benjamin. Tracy will ignore the common sense of this post.

So... the beams turned steel into dust but just warped the sphere?

A sphere which was made of bronze. Dustard, you really should stop and think why that's blatantly stupid sounding.
