Actually, the players poured their every effort into making the playoffs, and from a professional achievement perspective, not playing in the playoffs is an idiotic suggestion. There is no reason for them to be punished because the guy who hired them is revealed to be a complete horse's behind. I suspect there are other very rich owners with similar crap attitudes who simply have been more discrete.

So Magic Johnson and his shadowy partners are now interested in buying the Clippers.

I think it would be far more hilarious if she came over and offered him outrageously kinky sex to make it all up to him. I'm thinking he'd fall for it. Fella seems to have an obsession for this gal. Along those lines, with any luck that session of intense, high impact horizontal aerobics might just be his final tipping point.

His wife gets the team, all his dough, he dies happy, and then the real fun begins: cat fight between wife and girlfriend.

2.5 was the Maximum that an NBA owner can be fined.
Silver pretty much threw the book at Stirling,gave him the maximum that was in his power to do. And I strongly suspect the 3/4 vote to strip Stirling of his ownership and force him to sell is a done deal. None of the other owners want Stiling around;bad for business.

I kinda got the impression from the look on Silver's face that he was very, very close to ending his statement with "and the horse you rode in on."

Sterling sits down with a few of his minority employees, and asks:

"Any of you guys like blowjobs?"
Let's say most of them answer "Yes."

"OK, we have that much in common, let's work from there."
