Nobody really cares what you think. What we want from you are answers. Your avoidance of answering questions speaks of the inherent gutlessness and moral bankruptcy of the entire anti-vaxx movement.
 
So I should take the word of someone who won't (or can't) answer simple questions with anything other than snarky, insulting replies, uses anecdotes as a replacement for actual data, and just displays all the integrity of a four-year-old caught with his hand in the cookie jar?
Or should I believe scientists who actually use and understand the scientific method, post clear, unambiguous answers, don't have ulterior motives and actually give a good god damn about other people?

The anti vaccine movement bear the responsibility for the unneccesary suffering and deaths caused by the hysteria their campaigns whipped up.

Exactly. In previous generations these children were labeled as anything from "slow" to "retarded" and adults were called "awkward" or "odd" without further thought.

My oldest has serious ADHD and has trouble calming down in the high stimulus environment of school. So after a battery of tests and questionaires by him, me, his mom, teachers and administrators we were given the option of having him labeled "autistic spectrum" to open the door to more labor intensive one-on-one help for him to succeed in school. They didn't say he's autistic, they said we could sign off on that so the state would pay for the additional time and to give the school additional latitude in their approach.

He's on the books as autistic, but clearly does not meet the usual criteria of inability to read social cues. He often doesn't bother noticing them, but when he does he understands facial expressions, sarcasm, nonliteral humor, all the things that are "autistic" issues.

Oh, and he had all the same immunizations as our other 2 kids who are "normal."

I grew up in the 60's (born in 1958). I have had formal medical training. I can read scientific articles with comprehension. I know the difference between correlation and causation. I KNOW that what you present as evidence is GARBAGE.

My parents are not perfect, and they have no medical training. It turns out that some things that they told me were wrong. I'm positive I've been guilty of that with my children also. What's your point?

BTW, how's that evidence linking the MMR vaccine with autism coming along?

Unfortunately my mother passed away 54 years ago and my father 47 years ago.
 
Sorry, Clayton, but the rest of us have outgrown using mommy and daddy as rock-hard evidence.

My sympathies on that front. However you are more than old enough to know how mentally disabled were locked away and de-institutionalisation made them more visable.
