Moderated Will the 2012 Olympic Games in London be held?

Peace Crusader, the Egyptians kept meticulous records and there was no Princess called Reneliniyindi in Egypt. Not in 34 AD or any other year. It's not even an Egyptian name. If Ka Apaz told you of this princess, she fabricated it (made it up) and relied on you not checking.

Your mad blind woman's stories are all fiction. There is no war, the Olympics are more than half way through, and none of it has come to pass or ever will. It is nonsense.

Whatever you have paid this woman over the years is wasted money, paid to a con-artist.

PC, Ka Apaz is a fraud. She is not channeling any past lives, not channeling any spirit. You're simply projecting your own beliefs onto her inane mumblings, and arrogantly refusing to consider you are simply wrong despite the glaring disparity between your claims and reality.

What excuse will you make when your latest false prophecy fails? Will you be annoyed that billions of humans and animals didn't die horrible deaths? Or will you surprise us and honestly admit you were wrong and that you weren't talking to any supernatural entity?

According to the Pasiong Mahal, sang during Holy Week in the Philippines, and a recommended supplement to the Holy Bible, the BVM died when she was 72 (page 197). I don’t know if it is 72 lunar years or 72 solar years.

There are maybe half a dozen mentions of Mary in the Pasyón, none of which mention her death, let alone her age, nor do I recall there being so many pages, at least in the ¿Luna and Sons? edition.

Not everyone here is an atheist. Not everyone here is intelligent, certainly not in all arenas, although we try our best to educate each other in the spirit of bettering ourselves.

First you tell us that it's the Holy Spirit, and then you invoke the sign of Cancer? I would suggest you read the Bible (specifically Jer 10:2, 27:9-10, Daniel 2:1-4, 4:7, and especially, Isaiah 47:10-14a). Not that I proclaim them to be true, but they point out the utter lack of foundation in your reasoning. The Bible specifically guides its believers away from astrology. Unless you're talking of a Holy Spirit that has nothing to do with the Holy Spirit that's in the Christian Bible, but I don't think a great number of people would make that same distinction.

What we have here is a binary solution set. Either the prophecies weren't true, or you misinterpreted them. You have assumed that they are true and gone straight to the explanation of a misinterpretation. Can you explain why you did so? What confirmed, past, irrefutable proof of the possession of this woman by the Holy Spirit made you automatically assume that the prophecies were true, just simply misinterpreted?

So by your definition, fully half the year is the middle of the year - 180 days are the "middle" of the year. Take a step back, look at this, and tell me - honestly - that it makes sense to you.

Oh, don't worry....have no concerns in that arena.

And so do some breeds of parrots. It's a tossup as to which brings more entertainment value.

Thank goodness for that! You see, the God that *I* believe in always gives me the final decision. I'm relieved to know that the inane mumblings of a disturbed and possibly mentally deranged old woman have not deprived me of my right to make a final decision.

My post probably comes off as less than civil. You see, PeaceCrusader (what a strange choice of screen-name, by the way, when you are crusading for war to break out)...you see, I am like most human beings. I'm neutral, perhaps even leaning towards good-natured, towards most other humans that I encounter. My attitude towards them from that point on relies entirely on our interaction together.

You have stated repeatedly that you were crushed and devastated that most of the worlds population didn't die in a horrific war. You've told several bold-faced lies, not the least of which was your promise to stop mentioning prophecy when a certain date came....which it did, yet you continued. Perhaps your most egregious crime is that you are giving believers in Christ, and believers in benevolent deities in general, a worse reputation than we already have - and that's a pretty impressive feat, let me tell you that.

There are people on this forum, myself among them, who may still have enough good will towards you to help you educate yourself towards a better life. Spiritual, not spiritual, either way there are people here who can help guide you to a more rewarding life. We won't pretend to be channeling Jesus, we won't make prophecies about the Olympic Games, we won't pretend to be "better" than you, but we might be able to give you tips on how to improve what is (apparently) a rather sad existence. Recommend books to broaden your view. Give you tips on critical thinking. Etc.

Before any of that can happen, however, you *must* let go of your incorrect beliefs that this woman you trust is doing anything but misleading you. WWIII will not start tomorrow. I'm willing to wait until that fact hits you in the face like a locomotive. If you'd like help putting the pieces together afterwards, feel free to PM me, and I'll try to help you.

In the newsgroups that I participate it, even in Christian forums or Filipino forums, I do not get as much replies as I get here. So I learn. To me, you are intelligent because you can articulate what you believe in.

I know that as a Christian, I don’t have to rely on fortune tellers or zodiac signs, but to the only true God. I used the sign of Cancer because the spirit said that the world war will happen in the middle of the year. The middle of the year is day 182.5 (between July 1 and July 2) if a common or ordinary year, and day 183 (July 1) if a leap year like this year. (Not 180 days as you say) Both July 1 and July 2 are under the sign of Cancer. And cancer is not only a zodiac sign (capitalized) but also an abnormal growth. Also, it is “anything evil that spreads and destroys” (The Pocket Macquarie Dictionary). This last definition is why I chose the sign.

I first became interested in this spirit because of prophecy. When I first read the Philippine Panorama issued on 1980-03-30 in 1982, there were 19 prophecies. I checked them if they are fulfilled. True enough, they were fulfilled, are being fulfilled, and I assumed that the rest will be fulfilled.

My differentiation between the only true God and false gods is prophecy. The only true God can prophesy whereas the false gods cannot. I assumed that the spirit must be the true God because of his prophecies, of what happened to my life, which cannot happen if not because of God, and of his revelations that Jesus Christ was born on May 23 and died on August 17, which I myself proved that they are true and correct. That is why, I assumed that his prophecies of the world war originating from the Philippines in the middle of this year and the 2012 Olympic Games will not be held (or completed) will happen. So I gave my interpretations, and proved to be wrong. Imagine, I myself am able to talk to him and get a wrong interpretation, how much more those who rely on their understanding of the Holy Bible or some other sources.

The Pasiong Mahal that I use has 240 pages. It is a Luna and Sons edition. Look for the picture where the BVM was crowned by the Holy Trinity. The Holy Bible does not mention the age of the BVM when she died. The Pasyon mentions the BVM in many instances.

12 o'clock high

...The spirit said that the war will happen on a Wednesday and the last Wednesday before the Closing Ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games is tomorrow since he said these three months ago (2012-05). The stop point is the 2012 Olympic Games.

If you were to believe in a god, be sure that He is the only true God. Search Him.

Who really cares what this 'spirit' said or didn't say?
It's a fraud, a hoax and a con.

This is clearly NOT the Holy Spirit so the utterances of AK have no importance whatsoever, except to inspire those outrageously funny olympic squirrel cartoons.

...I had my interpretations of his prophecies. I first guessed that it will happen under the zodiac sign of Cancer because the middle day of the year, July 1, is the 183rd day of 366 days.
Why did the prophecies fail?

PC, why associate Christian beliefs with pagan astrology?

... I am just echoing what I heard and learned from a holy spirit who I believe is the spirit of Jesus Christ. I am just informing you of what he said. The final decision is still with you.

What possible reason is there to imagine this woman channels anything whatsoever?

Love the map, love it.

...No war yet. I know it will occur because the spirit has been mentioning this to us.

PC, there is no spirit channeling this.

...According to the Pasiong Mahal, sang during Holy Week in the Philippines, and a recommended supplement to the Holy Bible, the BVM died when she was 72 (page 197). ...

Is this a joke?

Cheese and Rice! How many "recommended supplements" to the Holy BibleTM are there?

20120809.0410

@RenaissanceBiker, #3144

The spirit recommends that we use the King James Version of the Holy Bible because he said that it is nearer the truth. He also recommends the use of Pasiong Mahal as a supplement.

His teachings is basically that of the Roman Catholic church except mainly Purgatory (there is none), and worship of images (do not). There are others which we have to evaluate if they are logically correct. So I do not accept everything that he says is true until proven true and correct. Examples: when Jesus was twelve years old, who the evangelist John is, two women.

The "spirit" is a false prophet as her prophecies did not come true. What reason would anyone have for placing any credence on an old lady's mad ramblings?

The age of Ka Apaz now is 73. So if we subtract 73 from 2012, we get 1939, which was when she was born. The first physical body where the spirit resided is named Reneliniyindi of Egypt born in about AD 34 (to be asked). So 1939 less 34 equals 1905, divided by 176 incarnations equals about 11 years per incarnation. I think in some of these incarnations, the person died as a baby, so that in some incarnations, the person had reached adulthood, like Joan of Arc.

That dog won't hunt, PeaceCrusader. You have not presented one jot of plausible evidence here for this claim. If that horrible old woman is the reincarnation of the Virgin Mary + Joan of Arc + a nonexistent Egyptian princess + 174 others, then I am Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. And we all know that ain't true by a country mile.

PC, how can pagan astrology be related to a prophecy?

Could you post up these prophecies and why you think they have been fulfilled?

PC, have you really not understood that that is utter nonsense? Remember Pontius Pilate?

PC, do you really not understand you are not talking to the Holy Spirit in these seances?

These boiled brains of nineteen and two-and-twenty

These nineteen prophecies?
1 VIOLENT WEATHER - More violent manifestations of the weather will occur, causing devastation to both people and crops

More violent than what? There will always be violent weather from time to time, and occasionally people or crops are caught up in it. This is not prophecy, merely a statement of how the world has always been.

2 UNNATURAL AND UNBELIEVABLE OCCURRENCES - The world will witness a number of unnatural and unbelievable occurrences, which are nevertheless true. For one, certain infants will be born with fully-grown hair and a complete set of adult teeth. Scared by this phenomenon, mothers of these infants will be driven to getting rid of such offspring. This is one Providential notice of displeasure over mankind 's waning regard for the Kingdom of God

This is nonsense. It is not unusual, unnatural or unbelievable for babies to be born with hair and/or teeth (though not adult ones, a baby's jaw would not be big enough), and mothers do not kill their children for this reason. Not fulfilled.

3 PEOPLE'S RELATIONSHIP - Peoples' relationship with one another will take a bad turn and cause universal unrest

This isn't even trying to be a prophecy. There's nothing unusual about conflict and unrest, the human race has always been arguing over things. Not a prophecy.

4 CONFUSION OF WORSHIP - There will be worldwide confusion of worship caused by a lot of religious distortions by pseudo preachers for self-gain

Again, there has always been many different religions, and preachers who are motivated by money. Nothing new, so not a prophecy.

5 SIGNIFICANT REVELATIONS FROM HEAVEN - Heaven will make certain significant revelations which, however, will escape peoples' notice due to their engrossment in self-centered activities;

What significant revelations have been made from this non-existent place? Not fulfilled.

6 BREAK-UP OF FAMILIES - Breaking of families will come in many instances and places - brother against brother against sister against parents

Just like Jesus commanded? Many families argue. Not a prophecy, merely a statement of the status quo.

7 FIRES AND LIGHTNINGS - Fires will continue to wreck destruction all over the world, and lightning will demand quite a toll of human lives;

Fires and lightning have always happened and will continue to happen. About 44 people die every year from being struck by lightning, but only about 10% of those struck will die from it. Not a prophecy, and not fulfilled.

8 DROUGHT - Worldwide drought will plague mankind, with the obvious consequence of plant-and-crop shortage;

Droughts in some places happen regularly, as do floods. This is a normal pattern. However, a worldwide drought has not happened. Not a prophecy and not fulfilled.

9 POPULATION EXPLOSION - Simultaneously, population will explode all over the globe, causing great turmoil;

As this is dependent on the previous one, this also fails. The population of the world is growing at the expected rate. Not fulfilled.

10 UNPRECEDENTED SORROW - Unprecedented sorrow will rock the whole world in the second or third month of 1980;

Didn't happen. Not fulfilled.

11 ALIENATION FROM GOD - People will become alienated from God due to the fact that their prayers and supplications, which are all self-serving, will not be heeded by Heaven;

Since prayers are not answered in any meaningful way anyway, this is not a prophecy.

12 MIGRATION OF WILD ANIMALS - People will be horribly concerned over the migration of wild animals to towns and urban places - a foreboding sign of an imminent famine in the Philippines

If such a thing happened in the Philippines it didn't make the world news. Undetermined without further information, but not measurable or timed, so more of a guess than a prophecy.

13 INSANITY - Disease of the brain, or insanity, will prevail in 1980, 1981 until 1988, especially in the three superpower countries

Didn't happen. Not fulfilled.

14 GOTACURAL DISEASE - A disease known as GOTACURAL will occur in epidemic proportions all over the land, and such disease will be incurable even by the known specialists of the medical profession;

We know you think this refers to AIDS, a disease which was known at the time of this prophecy, but as nobody ever refers to AIDS as GOTACURAL the prophecy fails on the first count. As hopes for a cure are high ( this, for example), the second part looks set to fail too. Not fulfilled.

15 WAR - The ambition and motivation for war will be perennial inducements among all races until such inducements are made manifest three years after 1979;

1982 was not a particularly bad or unusual year for war. Not specific or different enough from the status quo to be prophecy.

16 NAMELESS DISEASES - Nameless diseases will spread the cause of which will not be known, and such diseases will exact a heavy toll of human beings and work animals;

Not happened. Not fulfilled.

17 WORM PLAGUE - Worms of all kinds will plague crops and ricefields to destruction; all vegetation will be affected;

Not happened. Not fulfilled.

18 WOMEN'S LAX ON CHASTITY - Young, unmarried women lax on their chastity or virginity, will give rise to birth of illegitimate children, driving these women to commission of widespread infanticide;

More children are being born outside marriage, as many couples don't want to marry. But widespread infanticide has not happened as there is no stigma in most countries to having a baby outside marriage. Not fulfilled.

19 REVOLT OF THE ELEMENTS - The revolt of the elements will take a record high in the years following until the arrival or birth of the so-called 'anti-Christ'.

I have absolutely no idea what you might mean by "revolt of the elements". I need more information to determine whether this is a prophecy, and whether it has been fulfilled.

Peace Crusader, not one of these prophecies have been fulfilled, and most are so vague as to be essentially meaningless.

He posted a link to the prophecies earlier.

Most of them are so vague as to be useless; the specific ones clearly did not come true.

It's all pretty laughable if it weren't sad that people actually believe crap like this.

ETA: I got a call while writing this post and Agatha ninja'd me with a much better post. :D

No! Some old woman mumbled something. The old woman did the saying. The whole spirit thing is just in your fertile imagination.

The middle of the year is day 182.5 (between July 1 and July 2) if a common or ordinary year, and day 183 (July 1) if a leap year like this year. (Not 180 days as you say)

Please stop making this mistake again and again. You have it backwards. A common year has 365 days, so the middle day of the year is day number 183. It has 182 days before it and 182 days after it. For a leap year it is halfway between day 183 and 184.

...
My differentiation between the only true God and false gods is prophecy. The only true God can prophesy whereas the false gods cannot.

And guess what we have here! A failed prophecy. By your own analysis, you should know this is no true god you have been dealing with.

Please, oh, please, stop trying so hard to protect this irrational belief from the obvious and conclusive evidence. It's an old woman who mumbles things, nothing more.

This one is even self-contradictory. Significant revelations that go unnoticed? How significant can they be and still go unnoticed by anyone? It's major news when someone thinks a piece of toast looks like Jesus. If no one notices it, is it really a revelation?

Yes--this one is probably the silliest one of all. It's completely useless as a prediction. Just like saying, "miraculous things will occur, but no one will notice." It's impossible to disprove.

it saddens me that PeaceCrusader is continuing to move the goalposts. How long before this becomes a prediction about the 2016 games?

Clearly the prediction relates to 2012 in the new Mayan calendar. D'uh.

Should I apply to become a seer-guru type thingy?

"13 INSANITY - Disease of the brain, or insanity, will prevail in 1980, 1981 until 1988, especially in the three superpower countries

Didn't happen. Not fulfilled."

Interestingly, it was estimated that 400,000 cattle were infected with BSE (the brain disease, affectionately known as "Mad Cow Disease") in the period of this prophecy. People in America, the UK and parts of Europe were consuming this infected meat right up until 1989, before controls were introduced. In the eighties therefore, there was the potential for consumers to get infected. In the UK, 166 people died, so hardly "prevailing", but nevertheless, doctors were very worried that considerable damage had already been done to the brains of thousands of individuals that would not show itself for at least eight years or so, the normal incubation period of the disease. Thankfully, the numbers did not continue to rise so it seems it was just the unlucky few.

At the risk of encouraging PC, do we still totally write off prophecy 13.?
