Teabagger Spawn Willow Palin Has Homophobic Facebook Hissy Fit

I think you are missing a valuable point here.

Reality shows are fun to watch and all that, but would you really want someone who would put their family on TV in that format to run the country?

Put another way, if he was eligible, would you want Ozzy runing this country? (at least the State of the Union address would be entertaining)

But seriously it takes a special type of warped narcissism to put yourself and your family on TV in this manner.

Not really, I would suggest it takes the same kind of warped narcissism to run for POTUS.

I'll stick to not liking Palin because I disagree with her on politics, thank you very much.

Seeing as how we're developing a habit of knowing the ulterior motives behind people's reactions to things (through telepathy, one can assume), why don't you tell me why The Left has been going on an on about Bristol's dancing for about a month now? It can't possibly be a simple matter of someone doing something that elicits a reaction, so what is it?

You cannot be serious. You expect me to believe the lefties simply find it mildly interesting that a teenager has called someone a fag?

Nope. Not buying your hand-wave. This is another leftist obsession, or rather a transference of the Bush derangement syndrome to a different host.

Any day now, I expect Obama to start attacking Palin, much as he has continued to attack Bush for the past 2 years, in a cynical effort to fan the flames of the Palin Derangement Syndrome. After all, the finger-pointing strategy has been so successful so far. Just think how near zero the Democrats' approval rating would be if not for the highly successful finger-pointing campaigns.

Finally, a falsifiable claim from a Teahadi!

Ok, so how about you state by which date you'll admit you were wrong. Six months? And it can't be in response to something Palin starts. Obama has to "attack" Palin with no provocation.

Deal?

I don't expect you to believe anything. You're the one insisting that this is some sort of trumped up outrage over nothing. I, for one, don't think some kid calling some other kid a fag is a big deal, but I'm not wasting my valuable psychic powers trying to figure out why people are upset about it.

The fantastic irony here is that the heart of your complaint is people throwing around unwarranted accusations and hatred towards others, yet you so liberally make sweeping accusations towards "the lefties" in your posts. Try setting a better example.

hmmm...i more left than a leftie...and a fag.
i don't find it remotely interesting.
but the 'outrage' over a minor's minor insult is wildly interesting.
you right-wingnuts never cease to amuse me.:D:D

Oh god. It's not "attacking" Bush to point out that the problems we're in are not the result of Obama's policy choices.

The problem being that, unlike (president) Bush, no Palin currently holds a political office or is running for one. But let us not fret minor details.

That, good sir, is crap. Sarah Palin has been running for the 2012 GOP nom since she and McCain lost in 2008.

Right. You're not interested in why the lefties are all tore up and have posted turgid pages of outrage because Willow called someone a fag....

...but you have become wierdly fixated on my calling the incessant leftist Palin-bashing what it self-evidently is.

Soon, no doubt, the hypocrisy will once again ooze slow and thick as molasses.

And yet it is not I who has filled 3 turgid pages (and counting) with Willow-bashing, leading to idle speculations as to the incompetence of the motherhood which gave her license to utter ze verboten "fag" epithet.

I can only hope I have responded contextually to your garbled remarks.

I fully acknowledge that there are some people who feign outrage at this event and others in order to drum up political anger.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that there are people who do get sincerely upset at some controversies that many perceive be fairly mundane.

But that's not what caused me to post in this thread. This is:
That is, it's all part of the left's cunning scheme to impose leftist rule through incessant compulsive Palin bashing.
This is ridiculous, and you should be ashamed if you expect anyone to take it seriously.

And by pointing this out, how does this make me a hypocrite, exactly?

Oh god. It's not "attacking" Bush to point out that the problems we're in are not the result of Obama's policy choices.

And yet I am unable to discern any substantive difference between Obama's policy choices and Bush's. No change in homeland security, Gitmo, Iraq, Afghanistan, bailouts, taxes...

BTW, at what point does Obama plan to stop pointing out these vast policy differences?

The only discernable policy differences are the enormously unpopular and unprecedented surge in spending, after 8 years of hypocritically bemoaning the Bush-era spending while simultaneously endulging in same like a mob of drunken sailors...

...and the enormously unpopular "Obamacare" the Democrats rammed down the peoples' throats with a broom handle, promising that they would "like it" once they got it swallowed and everyone, including Pelosi, found out what it actually does.

Oh, and I almost forgot the 10% unemployment. But it was supposedly the omnipotently incompetent Bush who laid the groundwork for that as well, while the Democrats were hiding under their desks in terror of the evil omnipotent-incompetent Bush tyranny.

But don't get me wrong. I still want Obama's presidency to be a success. I hope the next two years are so unlike the last two that Obama gets re-elected for a second term. Because, unlike the average political junkie, I fully understand that the country can ill afford a failed presidency at this time.

But I don't give a rat about either of the parties. With the current crop of politikers stinking up the place (not to mention voters), I've concluded that, at this smelly juncture, the only good political party may well be a dead political party which has committed political suicide for the good of the country. If that's even possible. Because that's probably what it's going to take to turn this bozo-bus around, with all the passengers screaming like banshees at the driver to take off in various crazy directions.

Wow, I didn't realize being sixteen was an excuse for being a bigot or an idiot. I guess that means our bullying problem is solved now.

Personally, I think the reactions are quite newsworthy.

Oh come on it already excused her from running a ring of teens breaking into and trashing houses, in comparison this is not that big a deal.
