Why don't you admit it? The FOTLers are really claiming that there is some magical "common law" that exists without and in spite of all human doings, and that is the only one they are "bound" to unless they consent otherwise. Total and pure BS and they know it - there is no law at all without people making them other than "might makes right". They pretend not to grasp the simple concept that without social constraints of one sort or another - willing cooperation or enforced - there is nothing but wild beasts taking and doing what they want without regard to others. They know it's all just mental masturbation, but it makes them feel "superior" to have "discovered" the principle that if all people were perfect we wouldn't need these other statutes/laws. Bunch of teenagers playing what-if and then thinking it would work without enforcement.

Not so much paranoia but low level fraud and tax evasion that has aparently never risen to the level where it would be worth anyone's time to prosecute the guy.

There is actually a form of law known as Common Law. It is simply not what FOTLers think it is. It has a fairly good history within British jurisprudernce, and is partly the basis and precedent for what is now Statute law,

Oh, I know about that. I live in deep south, US, where "common law marriage" is about as common as legal marriage :D (and it DOES carry legal weight).
I was responding to the FOTL woo version. Guess I should be careful to be clear before people start thinking I'm as shallow as the FOTLers.

What sort of answer is that ? Have you ever been conned ? Have you ever seen examples of massive, wholesale, corruption ? Have you grown up to love politics, bankers, officialdom, taxation, lies, and downright fraud so much that you want more of the same ?

What happened to your PERSONAL sovereignty ? Are you a jellyfish without a backbone ? Can you not see that the law IS your friend. That you CAN make a difference. You simply say NO.

Check your own history. The great American people knew their own Constitution - the greatest Constitution ever devised by man. And what do you care about it now ? You love your basketball games, your FOX news, and your corporate media. Thomas Paine, John Adams, Abraham Lincoln must be rolling over in their graves at the ignorance of the American people on their own sovereignty.

Try actually reading these documents you spew about. It expressly gives congress the right to make laws.

Tax IS a fraud. Dumbo. It was a fraud to those who wrote the US Constitution. It was a fraud when King John wrote Magna Carta. And if you pay as 'tax' a commercial contract without ever realising YOU have the power to decline it by saying NO, then, you are, fast asleep.

You are a low level clone of the system. Defending yourself against your own lack of personal sovereignty. And it shows.

Why not spend a day in your life examining what the LAW of the USA is ? It's the CONSTITUTION, silly !!!

And what has happened to your Constitution ? Congress can make no law contrary to the US Constitution. Right ?

You need to switch off the TV. Take a deep breath. And realise that in the USA there is NO law to have a federal tax. NONE. NONE. NONE. It is contrary to law. But don't believe me. Just check it yourself.

You are like a chicken being fed on chicken meat. Why not exercise your God-given personal SOVEREIGNTY given to you by your own Founding Fathers ?

Sledge, the court system to which you refer is NOT the court of the land. It's a commercial court run under rules of the sea, of the Admiralty. They care NOTHING for the law under which you live. The corporate police, corporate political parties, corporate bankers, corporate local government departments, corporate courts and corporate media are conning you.

Take back your own personal SOVEREIGNTY. Say NO to them. You have that right under the law of the land.

Simple.

As for the system, let it disintegrate as all the slaves just keep faithfully being fleeced by it. Over, and over, and over again. Why, I can hear the bailout tins rattling as I speak.

I stand corrected by the facts you have presented to me. Australia is under the British monarchy. It is ruled by the unelected feudal dynasty of the British monarchy. It is robbing its own people blind.

Why, the Union Jacks are out as soon as your feudal monarch touches the ground. Your courts, your banks, your entire legal system is totally in the control of the New World Order. That wonderful fusion of feudalism, popery and extortion.
