Kellyanne: He is also taking control of these areas that used to belong to the left. The arts and sports and entertainment and media and tech and culture. Look what he is doing at the Kennedy Center, look what he is doing at universities, look at what he is doing with sports.

Exactly.

Trump could probably slap huge tariffs on Norway until they force the Peace Prize Committee to hand him the prize. Or, if the Norwegian government tells him they have no influence on the committee, and that they can't defund it, he could accuse the committee members of unspecified terrorism, seize their properties, and force U.S. universities and businesses to have no dealings with them.

He's already been up on the White House roof yelling incoherently about nuclear bombs. Everything he does just gets reinterpreted by his cultists as a stunt to troll the libs.

Might be quicker just to invade, annex Norway and when they finish burying all the victims award himself the peace prize every year in perpetuity.
 
Welch: As someone who lives in a red state, let me just tell you what MAGA supermajorities get you. We're 50th in education. The worst in the whole country for women to live. We're poorer, worst health care. And if you look at the bottom ten states, they are all MAGA supermajorities. These policies hurt people. They use people's faith to lure them in and say, oh, we're family values. But then they don't vote to help women have children. They don't vote for health care. They don't vote for child care. They demean the poor.
