I dunno about that, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Trump fanning the conspiracy flames over the weekend. There will likely be a "people are saying" in there some where.
 
On a more serious note, has there been any explanation as to why some of the packages didn't have a postmark?

AFAIK, USPS rules only require postmarks for letters and flats (machine processed) or for any package when requested by the customer dropping it off. Odd shaped packages sometimes have a hand stamped postmark but it is not required so when they are busy on the hand sorting line they skip the stamping.

In March of 2017, it was less than 35% who believed that.

What changed between then?

Yep, as long as it's their guy in there, they don't care about morality. That tells you everything you need to know.
