How is the Trump staffs use of an RNC server in any way related to the Clinton server?

According to the Hatch Act, White House staff are allowed to use non-government emails to correspond about personal or partisan political activity. However, White House staff are prohibited from using private accounts to conduct government-related business without disclosing them.

Do we know this server exists? Yes. That's different from Clinton.
Any evidence they are conducting government business? No? That's different.
Are they hiding the fact that they are using the RNC server?

Has Trump been issued his private Presidential phone yet? Maybe they don't all have official .gov addresses yet. How long has it been now, a few days?

I probably would not have bothered posting this latest confirmation, had Hillary not tried to play the victim card.

He also said he investigated both of them and found no criminal intent by either.

As for Hilary's statement... wasn't that her quoting a claim by Silver? Not that she disagrees, just that it's not her claim, victim card or oterwise.

It appears that some have forgotten that the only reason those classified emails ended up on Weiner's computer was the Hillary set up a clandestine cowboy server for her and her staff to ship all her emails through so that they would be immune from FOIA.

And that, and her lies about it, are a huge part of why she is not President.

It's hard to listen to Comey's self righteous bull ****, but to summarize a couple things:

James Comey ‘Mildly Nauseous’ Over Idea He Swayed the Election Given what Trump has turned out to be, I'll bet Comey is more than mildly nauseous. Given how he rationalized his decisions, I imagine he tells himself over and over, he had no choice, even though he obviously did.

He has no *********** excuse for why he made stuff public about Clinton while withholding what he knew about Trump.

On the topic of the emails, as Feinstein pointed out, he operated under the assumption he was going to find some malicious intent in the emails they had yet to uncover, even though they had found no such thing in the thousands of emails they had reviewed, and, lo and behold they did not find any evidence of malicious intent in the new emails uncovered on Weiner's computer. IOW, Comey assumed Clinton was guilty from the beginning and continued to assume she was guilty even when he couldn't find anything supporting that assumption of guilt. He sent his last minute letter because he assumed he would find something. He found nothing.

So he must also have been assuming Trump was innocent of colluding with Putin, (looks like Comey still believes that), despite growing evidence that at a minimum Trump's campaign staff colluded.
