This is a lie. You were never convinced that it was illegal, and I know that you know it.
Of course I did. If I didn't, that would be hypocritical. I'd sure not want to be known as a hypocrite.

Newsweak has reported that several of Trump's staffers -- but not Trump himself -- have RNC email accounts. It is unknown whether these email accounts are currently being used -- or have ever been used, for that matter.
Newsweak has requested that the White House look into the situation and get back to them.
This is why tu quoque type arguments are so terrible, because that implies that Noahfence believes that the actual subject of the thread, Hillary should be locked up. Given that Noah does not in fact so believe, it is pretty clear that the whole subject is hypocritical.
I will take the bait, I think they should both go to jail!
yay!
She did commit a crime. I have shown this over and over again in this thread. As for the so-called news that Trump people are doing the same thing, the evidence is weak, to say the least. Hillary never ever used an official email account. That means, unless she never sent an email related to her work, it is impossible for her to have only used her private server for personal email. And we know that she did use email for her work.

But... but...
There are very astute members right here in this very forum that had me convinced that this was illegal - treasonous even. People on Fox News, which I consider the top of the heap as far as honesty and fairness is concerned. Maybe 2nd only to Britebart.
I think Trump himself is going to wind up in a cell next to Hillary! At the very least, Kellyanne Conway.
This is serious stuff here.
She did commit a crime. I haveshownstated this over and over again in this thread.
AMEN!
Powell, Obama, clinton, Huma, and Trump, all in a tidy row
Fantastic!
Careful! You are veering awfully close to the knowledge that what the right spent years throwing a hissy fit about Clinton doing was actually routine, commonplace, the same thing big wigs in the right have been doing, and (most importantly) not criminal.
What was I thinking? Of course the truth must be avoided! Carry on ignoring what is obvious!Or more likely calling your pal on his obviously fallacious position

Well it is obvious that his comment was not serious and was fallacious.
Now if you think he was serious that Clinton committed a crime too, lets talk about it! As it was, he is making a very bad argument that some people might be hypocritical, which is just a bad argument all around.

And yet extremely accurate.
psst: can i let you in on a bit of a secret? It is extremely accurate because you proved yourself to be a hypocrite.
Don't use appeal to hypocrisy as an argument, the person you torch just might be yourself!
In bizarro conservative world, one is a hypocrite for applying standards equally, rather than the proper "it's OK if a Republican did it" method.Did I now?
That's adorable. Do tell!

It is adorable! Because the second you sniffed the scent that trump might be acting like a clinton level ass, you were here likety split to point it out, yet did not do the same for the Loser over all that time.
Of course I did.
The difference being that I was willing to look past it. I never saw it as the disqualifying national poutrage that the right sees it as. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, that if elected she would have not made the same mistake.
You'd think that if it were the big deal you people made it out to be, the folks you so gleefully put in office wouldn't so brazenly do the same damn thing.
I put in office? Um, I was the one who was telling you that Clinton was unelectable and to drop her like a hot potato, and you did not listen to me and she lost to Donald trump.
Now the fact that Donald Trump is doing something superficially similar (hell maybe the same damn thing, I don't actually know at this point) is not exactly rebounding to your benefit, now is it?
