How do you know? It isn't the scientific method, but a trial is one of our better options for adjudicating truth. It is a formal process for relaying and weighing evidence. For this hatch act debate, I can't think for a better way to resolve our disagreement about that violation than a hearing.

This is true, but I don't see how it is relevant to the discussion. One can correctly say that Comey has violated the Hatch Act whether or not Comey is found by the Office of Special Counsel to have violated it. I haven't seen the phrase "Comey is guilty of violating the Hatch Act" here, so this seems to be arguing semantics.
 
Proving that Corney released the report for political purposes would be fairly hard to prove unless you had a smoking gun. It is the kind of case that a DA,although he personally thinks the guy is guilty as hell, declines to prosecute because of lack of evidence that would stand up in court.

You are making the same mistake the charity watch dog made for which they have since adjusted their evaluation and given the Clinton Foundation top marks.

The Foundation doesn't give out grants, instead they provide services directly, themselves, internally managed.

The issue is the announcement, the letter to the Congressional committee, not the investigation itself.

In the event its shown that he had and withheld information regarding Trump's ties to Putin, that would qualify as a smoking gun I would think.

As is typical - time will tell the truth.

And The Big Dawg will ignore it.
 
Curious, I guess Hillary fans are so inured to Hillary Corruption that the sleazy details of the fact that Brazille leaked debate questions to her campaign, and lied about it raises barely an eyelash.
