1. He dies
2.He resigns
3. He is impeached by Congress for a crime. The violation of the Hatch Act would qualify.
4. Fired by the President for any reason the President sees fit.
5. He completes his 10 year term.

Congress isn't going to impeach him as it is controlled by Republicans.

The President can ask him to resign. Or fire him and cite his misconduct or just fire him.
