To choose two quick examples, for the core staff at the Aktion Reinhard camps, many members gained experience in mass murder in Aktion T-4, the so-called euthanasia murders. Aufseherinnen (female guards) were trained at Ravensbrück. You are not so clever as you imagine.

There's nothing "funny" about how people with experience at killing off the mentally ill would be the ones handling the Aktion Reinhard camps. Both professions require experience in handling and killing large masses of defenseless, demoralized people. It's just common sense.

No, the issue is you (and Jim and Diane) START with the Holocaust is a hoax without any proof of said hoax. You have no real answers, you simply force the narrative to the conclusion you want, rather than allowing the history to speak for itself. For example, if this was a real line of inquiry you would want to find out what happened to the Jews if they didn't die. Instead, Holocaust deniers shy away from this kind of inquiry because it is a dead end.

No, the T4 personnel were killers, that was their job, and the Aufserherinnen received training to be guards at KLs in the east and elsewhere, and they sometimes to participated in mass murder in the camps to which they were assigned. And hardly funny.
