I remember watching that 13-year-old Palestinian kid (mentioned in the article) laying there and bleeding out while the Israelis shouted "Die...you son-of-a-bitch....Die!" And I remember thinking "Dayum, that Palestinian kid has been quite rotten - stabbed another Israeli kid, but the reactions of those Israeli Adults who were shouting at that kid to "Die" shocked me a bit - it was utterly barbaric!" The whole video was a genuine hate fest.

Can you link the video, or is this something you heard from someone who knows someone who talked with someone who is a cousin of the person who saw it?

Hmm? Is there much good reason to seriously doubt that, given the very real animosity in large parts of both sides? Either way, Childlike Empress's link seems to be talking about what Jules is, though the specific video linked in it seems to have been removed by the user.

Now...why would the paper (Haaretz) say the Israeli failed? Would the Israeli have been considered successful if he had stabbed an Arab?

Given that the intent of the attack was to attack an Arab? Yeah. And how "successful" the attempt to commit the crime was would almost certainly not be included, though it doesn't sound like it would have been presented in a more positive light, regardless.

Large, bolded letters and adding "Concentration Camp" to Gaza don't really help your attempt to provoke emotional outrage. Rather, they just make you look like you're raving.

Gaza was a prosperous (but full) part of Egypt before 1948, but at that point its population was doubled by Palestinians driven in from the north. Since then it's been more trouble than it's worth. A shame, but there it is.

The main thing you are missing, and the main thing that you will likely continue to miss for the rest of your life is that you need a partner on the Palestinian side who actually wants peace not genocide.


It's possible, all that needs to happen is for enough people to just stop ignoring or encouraging the Palestinians from attacking the Israelis and actually work on a solution. That's it, pretty simple in theory and practice, but for over 65 years people cannot put the needs of the Palestinians above their own needs to use the situation for their own selfish purposes.

Well, the Israelis do have an established history of not killing each other over political differences relating to the Palestinian question.

And they have an established history of not engaging in 'race-traitor' rhetoric. So shooting an elected Israeli leader who brokered a two-state solution would be decidedly out of character.

What would be much more likely is that such a leader would not get elected in the first place, or that his attempts to broker such a deal would be shot down (figuratively speaking) during the normal political process.

Jules Galen and others have not even began to deal with the desire of Hamas and the bulk of Palestinians to see the destruction of Israel.

Why aren't they calling for Hamas to amend their charter? Why do they not condemn rocket attacks on Israel? Israel wants peace. The proponents of Intifada don't. Undisguised anti-semitism is strong in this thread.
