Ann Coulter made the internet angry, and it retaliated

Sorry, graduated from Cornell. It's just a little mistake. No harm intended.

Of course, the other mistake is your implication that she earned her law degree from Cornell. She didn't.

Very sad that an intelligent, thinking, modern woman would idolize Ann Coulter as you do. Very sad.

Oh, well.

Ally of Boko? Nope, that would be Hillary who I think refused to call him a Terrorist.

I don't think not calling them terrorist(s) (or Terrorsts) makes one their ally.

Maybe you're right, and Ann isn't an ally of them. All shes' doing is running interference for them. She's only the ally of them in the 'enemy of my enemy' way, in this case Michell Obama.

Ann's still disgusting beyond belief for doing so.

What was Coulter's point here? That some Nigerian girls were kidnapped, an international response was formed to bring pressure to get them safely released and...

Coulter found that annoying? Seriously?

The people have no bread; let them eat cake?

I think that she's a disgusting hack, but seriously, a bunch of people photoshopping a picture of her is "hard" retaliation? Only in the kind of world where facebook likes cure diseases and stop dictators. Everywhere else, this is an idiot shouting idiocy and some kids doodling rude pictures.

...Actually, the campaign was started by a Nigerian who was upset that the government wasn't doing nearly enough to find the girl who were kidnapped - and after getting the attention of a quite stunning number of powerful people, the government basically caved. Did the hashtag alone do it? Probably not, but when the first lady of the US, Prime Ministers of various countries, and the Pope all decide to weigh in...things start to happen behind the scenes.

As for Coulter, she's a professional troll. Can't knock her hustle.

A) citation please
B) Boko? Him? Perhaps you know less about the issue than you think.
C) the US State Dept might use a different definition of "terrorist" than whichever pre-chewed "news" source you ordinarily consume.

Well, I am a conservative woman. It is more respect then idolize though. Those poor girls stolen from their school and held by that Muslim man is sad, not having respect and admiration for a brilliant person who has also sold more than 3 million books so has many fans. Perhaps not here, but out there.
Ann graduated from Cornell (the real one, not Keith Oberman's Cornell Agriculture School) in 1984. Her JD is from the University of Michigan.
And thank you for the compliment. I like to think so too.

Sorry. The earlier faux-ignorant slip had a certain plausible deniability, but not this one.

With Hillary, now Kerry and Obama, there is no doubt in my mind that they have a different interpretation of "terrorists". That is one reason for the mess we are in now, internationally. Even our allies are laughing.
You have no idea what are my "news" source (neither chewed or unchewed) but am faithful to Big Ed Schultz, every day for his one hour. Gotta give him support after he was bumped by the low rated Chris Hayes.

faux- ignorant? Is that personal to me? Graduating was just a little mistake, but guess folk gotta get it where they can. I thought we were having an exchange of views and opinion, having a discussion, not throwing mud. OUCH!

No, pretending that Boko Haram is the name of a man rather than the name of a terrorist group.

Surely if you are outraged that the word "terrorist" has not been properly applied you would at least have researched the nature of whom it is supposed to be applied to.

I can goggle with the best of them. Oops, gotta go, it's time for the Little Couple .

and since it is already chewed and swallowed, I am pretty sure (having a BS in Biology) that I know exactly where it comes out of.:jaw-dropp:jaw-dropp:jaw-dropp:jaw-dropp

Muslim man?
Sad? Sad? Wow. What was 9/11/2001 to you-melancholy?

...not having respect and admiration...

Why should I respect her? Because she graduated from college? Because she wrote a book or two?

...for a brilliant person...

Why is she brilliant? Because she graduated from college? Because she wrote a book or two?

... who has also sold more than 3 million books...

Eight books, three million copies. That's not all that remarkable. To Kill A Mockingbird has sold 30 million.

...so has many fans. Perhaps not here, but out there.

Newsflash: Not everyone who buys a book is a fan.

Ann graduated from Cornell (the real one, not Keith Oberman's Cornell Agriculture School) in 1984. Her JD is from the University of Michigan.

I know. I just don't know why you implied her JD was from Cornell.

So...she graduated from Cornell. So what? Quite a few people have graduated from Cornell, without going on to make a career out of being asinine and prejudiced.

Your subjective opinion lacks a certain je ne sais quoi.

Ms. Coulter wouldn't have a new book coming out soon, would she? I mean, a little Twitter dust-up is just the kind of free publicity an author would like garner for their new work...
