The thing I like about Ann Coulter is that a lot of liberal or moderate newsertainment people like to invite her on their shows, then fish out offensive quotes she's said in the past and ask her things like "How could you say that? Did you really mean it? Shouldn't you apologize?" Coulter, being quick witted and not an idiot, almost always winds up making them look stupid. I enjoy it because really, what self respecting journalist would want to interview Ann Coulter about the fact that she says a lot of mean ******?

That said, the ideology and propaganda tactics in her books and columns are vile.

So what? Katie Price has sold over two million copies across five (ghostwritten) titles - 400,000 on average.

At what, thirty dollars a piece (if they're all hard cover), that's roughly eleven million dollars in sales.

I doubt that the majority of copies sell for the full cover price.

An author who can consistently sell in the hundreds of thousands is certainly considered a solid performer.
