Amazing how he mocks the middle class there... and you think that is a good idea?
'k.
He's not "mocking the middle class".
Talk about "spin".

That Jeff Daniels HBO series was pretty good too.

That pretentious dreck was a complete dumpster fire

We can always count on you ..![]()
well I actually watched it...
Jeff Daniels playing a serious newsbeing with a look of intense constipation on his face.
"You gather a group of middle-aged, middle-class, middle-income voters who remember with longing an easier time."
Go ahead, after the battering the middle class has taken under The Obama I think it would be awesome if people take the words of pretentious/liberal/elitist/douchebag hack Aaron Sorkin and spew them at the "middle class" today.
LOLZ!
Tell the truth, you're diametrically opposed to the message so you are unable to appreciate it.
Spin...Spin....Spin. I give you credit, I bet you could on demand turn a "German chocolate cake" into something bad.
Damn, those liberals. They gave me a rich german chocolate cake. A sugar infested, NAZI creation designed to make us obese and give a diabetic shock. They should have known better. True Americans eat Apple Pie!
Wait? The "message" The Newsroom?
Was it smug pretension?
Yeah, I am pretty opposed to that.
Actually Germans' taste for Chocolate grew in the colonial period in the late Nineteenth Century when it greatly developed its cocoa production at the expense of native foodstuffs for the indigenous population.
It was indeed a "bitter" harvest.
But he's a Bernie supporter. He says so himself and he would never lie.No, you don't like the left, liberals or lesbians. Or anyone who doesn't have your world view that white is right and money rules all.

"lesbians"????
Are you trying to tell us something about Hilly you think we all ought to know?
/" Or anyone who doesn't have your world view that white is right and money rules all.." Da ****?![]()
Ever hear of "alliteration"? I guess you don't like poetry either.
In terms of election strategy, you need a founding principle like "It's the Economy Stupid".
Hillary does indeed have more positions than Trump. He's never been in office. He has "Make America Great Again". He has a few big positions. His speeches aren't white papers on policy. They're his manipulative magic, connecting with people.
He's more trained in persuasion, in deal-making. Hillary has not had a press conference in what - over 240 days? People want to see their candidate live, not in white papers.
Hillary is to blame for that - she has tough questions that are getting tougher, namely the deleted emails WikiLeaks is set to dump. It goes straight to the heart of who she will represent: the Saudis, the banks, and anyone else wealthy enough to buy power.
Trump has very few issues but the news is giving him virtually continuous "I told you so" validation. This accelerating pace of attacks, the growing refugee crisis in Europe - the fact the Democrats are avoiding the subject can only work if the subject goes away. Instead it is getting bigger by the day in Trump's core areas.
If it was daily coverage of torture victims, wrong "intelligence" tortured out of people, and pictures of people boiled alive then Trump would be seeing his own pro-torture statements up there with the pictures. And I would hope his ratings would tank.
But that isn't what's happening.
