So a criminal has to actually be at the crime scene or else s/he didn't do it?
maybe his gun had a long range missile attached?

He was 170 miles away at the time of the crime, just for starters.
* Roeder was 170 miles away when arrested.
I'm just surprised no one has called him out on this.
The Great Galilei has AGAIN BEEN VINDICATED!!!
George Tiller Investigation: DOJ Opens Probe Into Doctor's Murder
Face it, Galileo is the master of combining evidence with intuition! Nobody can touch him!!
Ah, no. To be vindicated, you need an affirmative answer to "Was Tiller's Murder a Staged, State-Sponsored Terror Attack?"

Wrong. We were told that Roeder acted alone, which I alone on the JREF board, disputed.
It takes about 4 hours to drive 170 miles btw.
I know this is a bit of an aside but didn't the chap who did this shoot the chap in church in front of loads of people?

You realize, Travis, that if it turned out that Roeder had an association with Operation Rescue it is irrelevant to whether he's innocent.
Really? Then why did you include information about his lack of connection to OR in you OP as evidence that he's innocent?
* Roeder is a political activist. Shooting an abortion doctor does not benefit his cause, it benefits the cause of his political opponents.
maybe his gun had a long range missile attached?
Only people already born, support abortion!

If you drive 42mph you are correct.
I have already explained this but will assume you did not read the whole thread and I don't blame you for that.
Take a look at a map of Kansas. He was arrested 3 hours after the shooting out side of Granger which is about 170 miles away from Wichita. Granger is NE of Wichita along I35. The speed limit on I35 is 70mph. That means we can expect Roeder to have driven anywhere up to 210 miles from the scene of the crime during those 3 hours, assuming he did the speed limit. He could very easily have made it to Granger with time left over.
News reports say he was arrested 3 hours later, but he was really arrested two hours later.
