The Supreme Court upheld Birthright Citizenship, which is too bad for our Country, but we can easily make it up in Congress through Legislation, with the support of the President, that has now been determined during this process.

Looking at the photo, I wonder if the mistake wasn't using the word "original", but actually naming him as Dean Cain, as it does appear to be an exhumed corpse.

AIUI, the 5-4 vote was to uphold the right to birthright citizenship itself, while the 6-3 vote was against Trump's constitutional right as President to unilaterally overturn it. Kavanaugh was with the minority on the first issue but joined the majority for the second.
