Trump's Second Term

The depressing think is he is only one year in to his four year term. He seems to be trying to bring about a global depression by screwing with international trade, going to war in the middle east with no awareness of the consequences. There is a large Shia population in Iraq and smaller populations elsewhere who are religiously loyal to the Ayatollahs (senior Shia clerics) in Iran. Israel and US intentions to wipe out the Shia clerics will lead to the risk of violent response elsewhere, one can easily see the US having to bomb Iraq, there could be civil unrest across the gulf states. As we have heard from some comments there are aspects of a religious war to this conflict.

Google AI gave me a source for these claims:

The odd thing is that we had two things happen in recent times:
Putin invades Ukraine
Hamas attacks Israel under Biden
Didn't Hamas know all this would lead to destruction of GAZA? That was not stopped by any president. And now Netanyahu leads Trump by the nose to attack Iran.

Hamas was not under Biden, that is just a Trumpista claim.

The honest answer is that Hamas probably did not expect to be as 'successful' as they were. Remember they knew nothing about the Nova dance festival. About half of civilian deaths were from the Nova festival. Roughly 1/3 of deaths were Israeli security forces, 1/3 non-Nova civilians and 1/3 Nova civilians.

If it wasn't for Nova they could have framed it as much more of a military action.

It also depends what Hamas views as a success. I honestly don't think they care how many Palestinians died and they may see the damage done to Israel's standing, outside of the USA, as a win.

Fox And Friends Weekend replaces footage of Trump's attendance at Dover AFB dignified transfer yesterday with video clip of Trump attending similar transfer on December 17, 2025 — all because he wore a baseball cap yesterday

What's the demented, mentally challenged little toddler even doing here? Is he off on some daydream where he drives that fire truck he loved so much?

United Kingdom, what a pack of bastards

Donald J. Trump
@realDonald Trump
The United Kingdom, our once Great Ally, maybe the Greatest of them all, is finally giving serious thought to sending two aircraft carriers to the Middle East. That's OK, Prime Minister Starmer, we don't need them any longer - But we will remember. We don't need people that join Wars after we've already won!

President DONALD J. TRUMP
Pot can you call kettle?

I don't think so. It'll take longer than that to present the voluminous evidence against him alone. The jury might take 10 minute or less to come to a decision, though.
Never understand such claims.

There is no way a jury would come back so quick, it takes time to get everyone a beverage with the right sugars and milk, and if there are biscuits involved they have to negotiate who gets the only chocolate one! It will take at least 30 minutes, and then at least one juror will need to nip to loo. I'd give it a good 45 minutes.

Israel have been attacking Palestine for decades. There's barely been a day since the 80s when Israel hasn't committed a crime against humanity on the people of Palestine.

Wow! I didn't realize Iran had a president? Yeah, I know, I'm clueless sometimes.

The latest: Iran’s president says nation 'will not bow' to pressure from US and Israel

Israel has struck southern Lebanon, Beirut and an oil storage facility in Tehran as the war in the Middle East keeps escalating, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised “many surprises” for the next phase of the conflict.
Iran also hit a desalination plant in Bahrain. Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said a U.S. airstrike damaged an Iranian desalination plant on Qeshm Island, warning that in doing so “the U.S. set this precedent, not Iran.” Such infrastructure is critical for drinking water supplies in the parched deserts of the Gulf.

Yes, but Israel does it in drips and drops, not all at once like Hamas did, so it goes under the radar for Western media for whom one Israeli is worth ten Palestinians.
