Just like the Lincoln Project did some amazing ads they just wanted to revert the GOP to pre-Trump standards

That's why I'm still not a fan of hers, and besides, I've been called a nazi here in this forum, just because I'm still a registered republican, and that proves to me that some folks are just knee-jerk reactionaries with flawed opinions.

That's just sad, because as anyone who has read my post knows that I'm not a nazi in any sense of the word.

I'm not saying your opinion isn't valid, but that also doesn't mean I have to like it or agree with it.

Executive orders apply to employees and agencies and physical things around the country that the US owns. Like national parks. They do not apply to states or citizens.

He's not saying it's not true. He's saying that's the plan.

Protectionist import taxes make imports expensive, so US manufacture looks more economically viable, so eventually it increases, and the wages from that will make Americans richer on average and, fingers crossed, that might more then offset the taxes currently making them poorer.

The 'embarrassment' is their pointing out the pain bit already happening and not praising the anticipated gain bit in the imagined future. They're supposed to be pretending China is paying for the pain bit, even though that's a complete lie and makes no sense.

The problem is the tarriffs have to be sufficiently high that it makes e.g. cheap fashion so expensive it can be made more cheaply in the US even paying US wages, AND companies think that the situation will be maintained long term such that it is worth building the factories / robots / machinery to manufacture for the US market, knowing that you will have no export market, and that a future trade deal may drop the tarriffs making your investment a loss.

MAGA is now going after veterans' benefits by lowering disability ratings based on if medication/treatment helps. This sucks because disability ratings help veteran's pay for that medicine and treatment. This will only raise costs on veterans for disabilities they've acquired during service.

a Trump never has a Conflict of Interest, since they never let anything conflict with their personal interests.
