Yes if you wildly misrepresent it. We are not talking about companies that have broken any law but those that are willing to undercut free speech, that thing I thought you loved, for Trump because they think they can make a few bucks out of it.

I was in Portland last week. I had never before been in a war-ravaged American city. It was almost as bad as being in Nashville or Austin.

Well not any more that's part of the problem. The intended 85% commonality with the original design is now 15% and that design still isn't finalized even though the first one is under construction.
