In the first attack they didn't seem to really know. At least according to US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

The Trump administration is expected to quickly turn to the Supreme Court in a last-ditch bid to unseat Cook before the Fed’s two-day meeting, which begins Tuesday. And Cook’s lawsuit seeking to permanently block her firing must still make its way through the courts.

The White House campaign to unseat Cook marks an unprecedented bid to reshape the Fed’s seven-member governing board, which was designed to be largely independent from day-to-day politics. No president has fired a sitting Fed governor in the agency’s 112-year history.

Channel 4 is welcoming Donald Trump to the U.K. with a special program: an unbroken catalogue of over 100 falsehoods, distortions and inaccuracies he’s come up with since taking office in January.

The U.S. President will come to London for a second state visit this month, and the British channel has vowed to put a spotlight on his “prolific oeuvre of untruths.”

On Sep. 17 from 10 a.m. local time, Channel 4 will broadcast Trump v the Truth, the longest uninterrupted reel of untruths running over several hours. The statements will be punctuated by “brief text-based fact-checks, offering viewers the truth behind the tweets, speeches and soundbites.”

A LOT of people on the left are going to reconsidsering their dislike of gun ownership the way things are going.

The Daily Show did a great bit comparing all the simpering praise for Trump to the residents of Peakville, Ohio, constantly praising little Anthony lest he wish them away to the cornfield. They kept cutting back and forth between characters from It's a Good Life telling Anthony "it's good that you did that" and Republicans telling Trump how great he is.

Without evidence of anything is the key word. If he could show they were Drug Cartel Hitmen, you would see dman few tears from me. BUt he can/t of course.

Donald has said he will sue the New York Times again for $15bn for endorsing Kamala in the election.

"The New York Times has been allowed to freely lie, smear, and defame me for far too long, and that stops, NOW!" Trump posted on his social media platform, Truth Social, on Monday.

He singled out the Times' endorsement of Kamala Harris in the last presidential election in 2024, saying it had become a "mouthpiece for the Radical Left Democrat Party".

Their Endorsement of Kamala Harris was actually put dead center on the front page of The New York Times, something heretofore UNHEARD OF!"
