Just curious - is Russia actually building coal power plants?

I mean, I recognise they have more immediate crises in mind than climate change but they have gas and oil production they aren't selling now. I would be surprised if they thought to make cheap electricity what they need is more coal plants.

If not, it is indeed possible.

As a small side note, IIRC, the number was 616 originally. The emperor changed and the number changed with him to 666, just happening to match the new emperor's name in the same way that 616 matched the previous emperor's name. Sorta makes me wonder, what number would it be if Trump's name were turned into a number like that?
