I've long since given up on trying to make sense of his ramblings. The only thing predictable about him is that he is unpredictable. I'm sure his handlers rule the show 100% now, with him signing what he's asked to sign, throwing tantrums, and playing the role of confused figurehead for meetings and photo-ops.
