Trump's Second Term

Reports suggest that Trump plans to relocate 1 million Gazans to Libya. The irrationality of the idea is no guarantee that it is untrue. Practically this would need constructing refugee camps for a million people, transporting them probably by sea. Egypt is unlikely to be actively helpful. Given that migration from Libya to Italy is a major route of illegal migration to Europe, the EU are likely to be actively hostile.

Why doesn't Chairman Bob Iger do something about ABC Fake News, especially since I just won $16,000,000 based on the Fake and Defamatory reporting of Liddle' George Slopadopolus. He was given warnings, but just couldn't be restrained by "management." Now I see they are at it again, and I again give these SleazeBags fair warning! The wonderful country of Qatar, after agreeing to invest more than 1.4 Trillion Dollars in the United States of America, deserves much better than Misleading (Fake!) News. Everyone, including their lawyers, has been told that ABC must not say that Qatar is giving ME a FREE Boeing 747 Airplane, because they are not. Instead, and as Fake News ABC fully knows and understands, this highly respected country is donating the plane to the United States Air Force/ Defense Department, AND NOT TO ME. I don't have any idea what Trump's point was in posting that (I suspect there wasn't any), but I'd say it's pretty emblematic of his conduct of his office- his Presidency is as much a fake air-guitar performance as everything in that silly video was.

Since he doesn't speak in coherent sentences we have always had to interpret whatever his meaning was, even though it's generally clear it's something vicious and horrible, so it's hard to pin down any mental decline as there's such a vague record of what he was actually thinking despite his constant tweeting.

If they're claiming the plane is a personal gift to Trump and they can't show evidence that it is then I would expect them to correct the claim. I can admire a news agency that stands up to Trump's intimidation, but not if their story isn't true.
 
It's plainly stated that the plane will be only be on loan to the U.S.A. until the end of Trump's term, at which point it will not become Air Force 1 for the new President, but instead it becomes property of the Trump Presidential Library, whatever that's supposed to be or entail. And that is after it's gone through a multi multi million dollar refit, just to be up to snuff to even be a usable AF1 in the first place. This is a BoonDonald idea, at best.

Truth of the story won't make any difference, they will end up giving Donald a lot of money.

I also suspect that it will need rather a lot of "unfitting" once it stops being an AF1.

It really doesn't seem the most practical vehicle for Trump's Presidential Library, surely a trolley would be easier to push it from cell to cell.
 
The Presidential library system is operated by the National Archives. In theory, the next President could instruct the archives to render the airplane a permanent static display, unflyable. But I'm sure Pres. Trump will do away with NARA before he leaves and cede his Presidential library directly to him.
