Unless FBI directors have a really amazing leave policy being on leave for fewer days than your predecessors is unlikely to result in you working twice as many days as them. But this reinforces my belief that they have no numerical sense.

I highly doubt that a flu outbreak that kills a bunch of servicemen and messes up troop readiness will cause him any damage that hasn't been done so far.
