Trump's promised ICE raids have begun

Feds are taking the case? Slap on the wrist, back to work in 2-3 months max.

I wouldn't be surprised by any means. He had a $75,000 bond so I know the locals that busted him weren't ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ around. That's a lofty bond. I hope the absolute worst for him. I hope his wife divorces him and he ends up moving back in with either is mom or his dad, and registers as a sex offender forever. Ever since I found out I've been having a blast with it.

ICE surround judge's car threatening to smash windows—then detain his high school intern.

Agents handcuff teenager to arrest him—until judge fights loudly to demand they check ID to confirm they have wrong person.

Court security noticed masked men sneaking pictures of the boy —so the judge stepped up to offer him a ride home because he was so scared he was visibly shaking.

After a heated argument ICE agents finally admit they had made a mistake and just quietly left the courthouse empty handed.

Judge Joseph J. McBurney is an Associate Justice of the Rhode Island Superior Court—located in Providence, Rhode Island

MAGA man ready to call ICE on charity worker—for speaking Spanish.

"You're a lousy stinking immigrant," man yells adding racial slur. "You don't even speak English."

"I am a U.S. citizen and came here legal," woman responds. "And you know what? I speak better English than you."

Woman worker then references the man carrying a gun, "Are you going to shoot me?"

The incident occurred at a thrift store associated with Hope Ministries in Mount Pleasant, Texas.

What I want to know is where is the Fourth Amendment in all of this?

The fourth amendment exists on paper only. It has effectively neutered into non-existence by the courts over the years.

When police pull you over, all they have to do is say "I smell drugs!" and they have full authority to haul you out of your car and search without your consent or a warrant. The same applies at your home. All they have to say is "I heard a child in distress" or "We could smell a gas leak" or any one of a dozen other magic incantations they have and once again the fourth goes right out the window.

Remember, the Second is the only one that matters.
Nah, the 2nd is a DEI amendment that in theory allows anyone to get their grubby mitts on guns, including women, and trans people, and woke brown illegal communist groomer Democrat immigrants from insane asylums. They like it in principle because it allows them to point to it whenever anyone wants more gun regulations, but in reality I'm sure a lot of them would really wish for only white rural men of the right politicial disposition to buy and own firearms.

Exactly this.

Karl at InRangeTV has done a couple of videos on exactly this.

I dunno. If you look at the demographics of gun violence in the US, you might reasonably conclude that the the DEI aspect of the 2nd suits the MAGAs just fine.

Perhaps there was never a marriage. You can't be an in-law if there was no legality involved.
Personally I just think it's a way for them to express the relationship in a more clinical fashion to distance Leavitt from the 'criminal', "She's not part of the family, just the Mother of my Nephew"
