I was visiting my son in Albuquerque. I took 3 days to drive back to SC so it would have been around July 8-10th, 2014, I don't remember the exact day when I was out there.
I drove where I thought it was, I spent about 4 hours there, and then left when it started getting dark. The roads I took were dirt, rocky, pitted, and narrow. I came across some that were closed off but didn't stop to get out of the jeep to look further.
What I was looking for was based on my assumptions; if they are really trying to bag a bigfoot then there has to be a vehicle parked where they have to walk in to the area simply because they'll need a way to remove the body and themselves if they get into any trouble. If the vehicle, or vehicles, have been out there for more than a few days it's going to be covered with thick dust or pollen. I was hoping to get the tag numbers so you guys could trace the owners to see if they matched anyone that was mentioned by NAWAC or listed as a member if that's even public.
I never saw anything parked anywhere, the roads I took wouldn't really allow for it without the vehicle blocking the way. The only thing my trip proves is that I couldn't find the area. Anyway, that's why I don't think it's real, either I wasn't in the right place or there isn't a continuous presence out there in the summer like they are claiming. I didn't mention it because I didn't find anything. I felt kind of stupid for even taking the time to try and look for them.
It will be a short thread, I might not have been in the right place.
