Really? This is your contribution to this thread? That you have a working hypothesis that includes both LIHOP and NoC, despite them being incompatible with each other.

Self-debunking is neither new nor is it an innovative for the "Truther Movement"

Well, in the first thread s/he only made one post, and it was bereft of any real content.

This thread, apart from wild speculation that miscommunication between FBI and CIA was deliberate, isn't really a LIHOP thread at all and therefore not really in support of the Truth Movement in the first place. In fact, those kinds of discussions are important, and trying to Trutherize them only derails them.

We had discussions on LIHOP before, notably here. (Three and a half years ago, natch.) It's not credible. There was a reasonably good chance that the intelligence services could have detected and either partially disrupted or totally prevented the 9/11 attacks as it were. Indeed, there were agents waiting to arrest some of the highjackers as soon as they got off the planes..! Belief in LIHOP means believing that the masterminds of the whole secret plan accepted this risk, making only the most subtle, luckiest adjustments to just barely stay in front of it.

In other words, LIHOP is a glorified Texas Sharpshooter Fallacy. It's not worthy of discussion, and it won't stop the timer -- unless you bring me something new. I didn't see anything new in that thread, hence why I didn't participate in it at the time.

The second thread is unadulterated CIT foolishness. No comment required.

Ah, now Mackey pretends that those links were meant to meet his challenge. They weren't. I stated under which conditions I would deliver. beachnut treated that statement in the way he usually treats evidence, while the rest of you lot including Mackey ignored it and jumped at my other post.

You have no evidence. Take the evidence of CIT witnesses pointing to planes, they point to the official flight path, the path proved by RADAR, and the FDR. I treat evidence in a way I was taught as an aircraft accident investigator. You use hearsay and made up nonsense as evidence. You don't have evidence. Start a CE thinks this is evidence thread, open your evidence locker and let it flow.

Where is that new stuff you promised?

LOL, this reminds me that I recently heard from the farmer of our CSA (I'm a board member) where he explained he was employing a 'water witch doctor' to find a good place for drilling our new well.

If the 'water witch', using his divining rods, turns out to be correct, should he win the Million Dollar Challenge? :)

I'll quote a little from the email and astute readers may see how the 'witch' might be getting a little help from another source..

'since even if it is where the (water) witch doctor said it is (the stick didn't dip when i held it) he also said that based on maps of existing wells in my immediate area, he thought it would be close to 400 feet deep'

ETA I've kept my mouth shut of course. He's a very good farmer, and we have more important issues to discuss.

It's amazing how many words it takes to express that no, you have nothing new to add, vs. just offering it.

ETA: I notice this post seems misplaced given those immediately preceeding it. That was directed to the impressive lack of stuff coming from the truthers.

I predict that by 2015 the 9/11 Truth movement will not have proved in a court of law that the WTC towers were demolished using controlled demolition.

I hope to collect my million dollar prize from Randi in 4 years! (sadly I also predict it'll only be worth $500,000 CAN by that time...:( )

Childish Empress would be nearer the mark Lets make it easier for you. I believe that 19 terrorists hijacked planes and flew them into the Twin Towers,causing so much damage that the buildings collapsed. Can you sketch your hypothesis in one sentence?

Considering that OBL made numerous threats to attacks the USA on it's own soil prior to 6/2001, Bill's prediction means zero.
