So you're skeptical about her story, but since it fits your preconceived notions you'll respond positively.
 
Funny.... the "truthers" seems to think that the evil gubment had something to do with Barry Jenning´s death, and his story was nowhere near as grave as the story this Lindauer woman tells. Still she is very much alive. Makes little or no sense.

And why the hell would CIA use a speech writer with little or no influence and a history of mentally illness be an asset for them? Makes no sense whatsoever.

Both the defence and the prosecution recognized her mental illness:

The NYT Sept 9th, 2006:

"At least a half dozen doctors for both the defense and the prosecution have found that Ms. Lindauer suffers from delusions of grandeur and paranoia, which makes her incompetent to stand trial, the judge said. But she refuses to accept the diagnosis or to take medication, he said. One doctor found that Ms. Lindauer had a history of psychotic episodes going back to her childhood, possibly at the age of 7, the judge said. These include her contention that she had gifts of prophecy that allowed her to report 11 bombings before they happened, that she spoke with divine inspiration and that she was an angel.”

Does this really sound like a reliable person?

It seems that the "truthers" are rehashing old stories from more or less (actually less) untrustworthy persons. When will these folks actually do some resarch? No wait; if that happened then there would not be anything for the "truthers" to write about anymore....... :rolleyes:
 
suffice it to say, I've gone through so much repetition with the claims I've covered I've been tempted to do my own write up to link to any time I ever decide to jump in again... but I've never taken the movement seriously enough to go through with it, nor am I privy to really doing something that others on this forum have done and in much heavier detail than I'd expect to cover.

The only reason I've continued posting is because I like to talk about the design topics... otherwise there aren't too many serious posters left worth speaking with, and on top of that, my impatience with the repetition has led me to be condescending at times in the manner I despise the movement for. There's not much sense in getting into the topics when I'm acting the same way I criticize others for doing :\

The entire CT is almost too funny; I am frequenting a Norwegian forum with their own share of tin foil hat addicts - there are of course a lot of sane folks there, one of which posted a short brief of something he had read about CT`ers and their humongous illogic:

Bush had little to do with it. Cheney was the senior government official large and in charge.

Clayton, the plane hit the Navy Operations Center. It was definitely staffed. Quite a few Navy people died.

List those hundred or so names of those who were involved in the conspiracy and have spoken up.

Gage? An out of work architect. He has taken in over 1,000,000 dollars in donations in a few years. 300,000 to 400,000 dollars a year. Does the truth movement exist? All Gage does is speak, advertise and spend his money traveling all over the world. No science is required, he uses hearsay and plagiarizes the claims from the "truth movement" to beg for more money. He has conned thousands of people to sign a petition to ask for new investigation. Thousand who have no clue how many investigations and studies have been done.

Gage heads the club for nuts on 911, a club where the membership and leader are dumber than dirt on 911 issues. That is true if Gage believes his own nonsense. Is Gage a smart snake-oil salesman, or dumber than dirt? What else have you found on Gage's fraud?

Gage uses the Lost In Space travel guide, out to collect money, to find his way to $$$. Those who sign up for Gage's fraud, gullible, too stupid to think for themselves - Lost In Space. Gage does not use science, more like marketing, liberating money from fools.
