We could say he's not anti-vaxx, he just prefers disease a lot more. But even that understates how much of a total disaster his claims would be if put into practice.
My bet is that even he knows how bad his deranged world view would be if he tried it out. Ban vaccines, ban pesticides, ban processed foods, ban WiFi (it causes brain cancer you know), so he will deliberately prevent it happening and then blame the "deep state" for obstruction and periodically fire a bunch of people. The MAGAts will believe what they are told.

And, just on a point of fact: RFK Jr. is **not** "anti-vaccine." He's fine with any vaccine that undergoes the same safety tests that prescription drugs have to undergo: randomized and double-blind. And, BTW, I've had every vaccine recommended by the CDC, including the COVID vaccine.

The "dramatic" difference in death estimates appears to be whether 5 children died or 10 children died. At a time when 1000's of children were dying from polio every year. This was due to a defective manufacturing process by a single drug company.

How many medical researchers are well known to the public? Sarah Stewart and Bernice Eddy were twice nominated for the Nobel Prize in Medicine. They had a virus named after them. In 1965, Sarah Stewart received the Federal Woman's Award from President Johnson.

Is there any evidence that either Dr. Stewart or Dr. Eddy became an anti-vaxxer?

Virtually every vaccine or drug has harmed a few people. It would be virtually impossible to produce any medication that had no adverse effects on anyone. So if your standard is that we should have a zero tolerance policy for all medications then we probably need to get rid of most medications. But that will cost far more lives than it saves.

That's the basic anti-vaxxer position. It allows them to claim that they aren't anti-vax because they would be in favour of a completely safe vaccine.

They are also in favour of all the frighteningly dangerous and frequently fatal diseases the "unsafe" vaccines prevent. They are enthusiastic cheer squads for the plague, polio, smallpox, measles, mumps, chickenpox, typhoid, rubella, influenza, COVID, etc., etc. They want these back. They like exposing their children to harmful, disfiguring, killer diseases. That's the nice people they are.
 
No surprise they went to Matthew Kacsmaryk to get a favourable ruling, seeing as he has a bit of a history. The wonder of forum shopping combined with judicial activism.
