Now I guess the issue for Trump is do any of the claims against him, or Cohen seized files, have a pee scent. It doesn't need a full on pee video just an "innocent" claim that some pee leaked out from somewhere at some time.

I've already noted several obvious problems - the claim that Trump plays to "our" fears (no, he plays specifically to the fears of racist white people), and that Clinton's only slogan was "I'm with Her" (Her campaign slogan was "Stronger Together", there's literally a book about her proposed presidency bearing that title). His list of Dolt 45's accomplishments are...pretty obviously silly. That's particularly true on NK, which has tried this sort of saber-rattling every time either country gets a new leader going back to at least GWB's inauguration.

More importantly, how is a conservative party supposed to become "the Party of Change"? I'll grant that they needn't be hateful and reactionary, but the two ideas are openly opposed to one another.

I'll even agree that a decent conservative party - as opposed to the mindless opposition to Obama that they pulled during his entire presidency, to the point of immediately abandoning their own proposals as soon as he agreed to them - would be useful. And in fact, I'd say that this was the actual vacuum that a demagogue like Dolt 45 could easily fill. When you give in to bigots and conspiracy theorists, you end up with bigots and conspiracy theorists. And that's not just at the top - witness the defense of Jim Crow symbols, the headlong rush to suppress minority voters at the state level, and so forth.

I won't predict the future, except to note that Dolt 45's style of bigotry has traditionally been pretty popular in the US. And I'm obviously on the outside looking in, unlike the writer.

It has been reported, true. This article sources another article that is basically a gossip piece at the NYT. Some guy said this, some unnamed source guesses that.

I'd say it would be pretty obvious that a legal team would prepare for such a thing so it isn't a real stretch to claim it.

Did you read the article in question? It is unsubstantiated stuff like Trump said. The article is "he said-she said" as I said above. Gossip and guesses.

Barbara Bush HATED Donald Trump on every level. While I do think Barbara Bush was a bit of a racist in the sense she didn't really have a clue what the lives of minorities were like. She was I believe a bit of a closet feminist.
