I bet she was thinking how much she'd like to smack his smug, self-satisfied face. I know I would have been.

Pelosi's unforgivable crime was to completely steal the show with that move.
Even FOX is talking as much about that than they do about the Speech.
People will remember that, unlike the boring dribble coming from the orange menace's mouth.

And yes, Venom, that is quite the classic, showing off how pathetic Fox is. As ever, maybe if they took the log out of their eye, they'd have some credibility when talking about the speck in another person's eye, but why do that?

When the applause and the STANDING OVATION did not die down after a quite reasonable amount of time, and the USA! USA! FOUR MORE YEARS! FOUR MORE YEARS! chant, I set it to record. Just so I can look up any interesting bits later on.

I just don't feel like wasting my time. If there is anything of import that comes from this I'll get it from the news.

Trump has literally blocked the FEC from doing anything by refusing to appoint commissioners - they need four to start an investigation, and they have three.
The FEC can do nothing in the 2020 election

I'm usually as much of a fan of dark humor as anyone, but I cringe at people glorifying Rush's death as well. I don't ignore people, but humor has its limits and for me it stops at wishing death on people. Especially people like RBG that have, by all accounts, led pretty good lives.

Wishing death on any but the most vile of humans is something I usually don't agree with, but in a joking manner, I don't mind.
